I'm transferring my savings account from B of A to PNC bank who gives 4% return. B of A gives .5% or less. I suspect B of A has control of Google reviews and they manipulate the reviews of this bank. The goal of the big banks are to snuff out small banks so they don't have to compete with 4% interest. The syndicate big banks will have people write bad reviews warranted or not.

Most worthless sack of meat bags and worthless branch and employees belong at 711 and Walmart!!!!!!!!! Can't do anything call service Can't do anything. Each department tells a to do a different task. Go into the branch they say call the service number. Call the service number they say go into a location branch

Take your money and run! This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. The branch manger is rude and does not know how the secretary of State operates. They do not know what they’re doing. Save your self the heartache and don’t open an account here.

Terrible drive through service, zero customer service. Tries to require unnecessary forms of I.D...impossible to deal with...stay away from this branch.

Bad customer service. There's no one in there that's helpful enough. I guess they don't have any kind of customer service training. I will try not to go to that location again.

This branch under BBVA was outstanding in all service aspects. Now under PNC - can't access funds, no services, they don't even answer the phone anymore...time for a different bank! Update - was told by the Branch Manager that "nothing has changed" - apparently other than I can no longer access my own funds, no service, no functional credit card and no one at the branch who cares...clueless - wow!

I went to cash a check from one of their clients, and this bank gave mea fake $100 bill. I discovered it was a fake bill when the bank teller of my bank told me it was fake. I returned to this BBVA bank and returned their fake $100 but they said they couldn't exchange the fake bill and I explained they could see the video camera above to show it was them since the teller slowly counted the bills, the fake one would have been seen. Either way they didn't wanted to change the bill nor see the video camera footage. So make sure they don't give you fake $100 bills.

Everyone at the branch is so helpful and friendly. Naina the branch manager and the team is always going out of their way to help clients.

I have money with their subsidiary Simple. Simple operates on the promise that you always have access to your funds thanks to cash advances - which are supposed to work with any bank. Apparently not with their parent company BBVA. What's more frustrating is that another BBVA branch refused to help me, but told me to come to this branch. BBVA is making money off my money, but won't let me have access to it when I need it.
