Christina at PNC is such an amazing person and I am not just saying that to be saying that! Many people rush to get you out or don't care to do all the necessary work needed to get you set up right and ready! She went above and beyond knowing I had to be to work in just minutes! She knocked it out with expertise and elegance! Such a sweet person! I would recommend ANYONE who needs a new account to go and see Christina at PNC! She is AWESOME! THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRISTINA!!!

This bank is not in a safe area. There are homeless drug addicts that shoot up and pass out all around the building. Trash everywhere. Wouldn’t be surprised if there are some used syringes lying around. PNC seems to not care and lets this happen. AVOID THIS BRANCH!

Terrible. They have lied to me for the last two weeks saying they are processing my request. I've spent hours on the phone, they are holding up my business by failing to close an account that has never been used. Should be ashamed.

We made an appointment with one of the local bankers.When we arrived, we were told to sit and wait.We were not told that the banker we made an appointment with had left the office.When we checked in we were not told that he would be late.We sat in the empty branch for 15 minutes before they said anything to us.Horrible customer service
