I was in a pinch and needed a pair of Cougar Paws for work and all the other supply stores were closed or did not have my size. Luckily Haley (I believe that is the correct spelling, I might be wrong though) answered the phone. She was professional and sounded very cheerful over the phone. She even went out of her way to ask me what size I needed to make sure I wasn't going to waste my time. She went to go check and let me know she had them.
When I got to the store I was assisted by Joey (again I am not too sure if thats how he spelled it) and he was very quick and helpful! He told me to try them on, again to make sure I wasn't wasting my time, and sure enough they fit great, he even offered me a place to sit and told me to walk around in them.
There was a third gentleman there who was friendly, unfortunately I did not get his name. He made conversation and made me feel very welcome.
This was my first time here and recommend everyone to visit this location, coming from a customer service background, their customer service was outstanding! I was there for maybe 15 minutes.
I appreciate the assistance, everyone was great :) I will definitely be back!

Terrible staff. I’ve been in the business for over 25 years talked to person there and ordered material. He said it would be in on Thursday so before I drove 40 miles I called to check on next day which was Friday. Man answered phone and said I’ll check and call you back. So I waited about 2 hours then I called backNo answer. Kept calling back still no answer. So I tried other beacon storesNo answer then I called the Killeen location they said there all closed for inventory. So thanks for not returning my call or trying to work something outI wouldn’t refer anyone to this placeWe rely on them they rely on us to keep buying materials.
