Brought a 2011 Lexus IS350 here to do a buyers inspection on a Carvana purchase. They were able to quickly identify a few issues needing fixes and worked with the warranty company to get everything fixed in just a few days. Highly recommend this place as they are great at addressing concerns, knowledgeable about Toyota/Lexus cars in general, and have genuine care for their customers.

Brought my 2011 4Runner with 224,000 miles here because the dealership had quoted me thousand of dollars for multiple things I needed “fixed” on my car. Josh was able to look it over and said everything looked great for its age and only needed an air filter. Great honest local business! Have been coming to them for years and will continue to do so. Was referred to Bearden from a Lexus car group and after seeing the reviews I knew I had to check them out. Albert was honest, upfront and educational. Will not try to sell you on unnecessary services.Been a longtime Lexus/Toyota owner and will definitely be giving them my business even though I live in south Austin!Went in and Josh was great as well!

No wonder they say Bearden is the best. I have a Lexus RX350. The dealer told me it needs timing cover reseal and wheel alignment. I called Bearden. Even I can tell the man who asnwered the phone was busy, he kindly answered me a few questions and gave me suggestions about why the timing cover does not need to be resealed for now and where should I go for wheel alignment and tire replacement. A true machanic.

Overall great place, but kind of pricy. Josh and his team is fantastic to work with. Very kind and knowledgeable. The cost for a diagnostic is about $160 per hour which seems a little steep, but hey maybe thats just how it is now a days. I dropped my car off and it took two days to find the issue and they only charged me for 2 hours of diagnostic time, so maybe they helped me out on the price there. Disappointing outcome, although we figured it had to something to do with the modules from the start as opposed to hoping for a lose wire. 10/10 would recommend as long as you can afford- they are the best with Toyotas.

Above and beyond helping me vet my carvana purchase. They also worked with carvana's warranty company to fix the oil leak on my 2016 Tacoma. Can't say enough nice things about Albert and Josh, I wouldn't take my Toyota or Lexus anywhere else, would give more stars if I could!

Great shop, they take great care of my fleet of toyotas and a lexus. They can do anything, they also make great recommendations and help me prioritize what needs to be done (my family vehicles have about 800,000 total miles, 4 vehicles)

I had the best experience with these guys and would definitely recommend them. I had an issue with my 2008 Toyota Yaris that stumped two other trusted mechanics and plagued me for over a year. I brought it to Bearden and am so happy to say my car has finally been fixed. These guys know their stuff and go the extra mile to ensure they're fixing the issue, and their prices are fair. As long as I drive a Toyota I'll keep going back to Bearden.
