When I went dress shopping for my quince in 2013 (spring) the woman there was so nice and a committed to helping me find a dress I felt beautiful in. We tried on i think 2 dresses before I asked her if I could try on the dress she had on the display since I had be eyeing it the second we walked in. I thought she'd say it was unavailable due to the obvious display but hey I asked and it ended up being the dress I wore on my big day! I've seen reviews of everyone else's experience with this place so take my information how you will but I definitely enjoyed my time there. I believe she even gave me a small discount for my girls dama dresses since I purchased my dress with her. I don't think I had a single issue with my appointment I went once after I picked up my dress a few months later with another friend to look as well but I don't remember her finding anything she liked but still had the same experience for her.

Love the dresses, the owner is super kind, she has most dresses you need, and can order any dress you want. Want it custom, she'll do it.

Would give zero stars if I cloud!!Horrible customer service.When my prom dress was ready never called it was ready. I had to call her to see if it was ready!! Also my mom bought a prom dress as well and she ask to be modified but she didn’t do it but she charged extra. My mom returned the dress she didn’t get a full refund for it buyers please beware of the lady her name is Norma! Don’t recommend this place.

Lets begin with hour of operation posted clearly mean nothing to this business. Waited nearby till someone finally opened shop. Their prices were obscene. They attempted to force me to rent rather than by. Alteration prices were lets just say I wanted to charge you a time for a penny. I wound up finding an amazing couture gown at a fraction of what they wanted. Their turn around was lengthy too.

Never there ! They wanted to charge me $250 for deposit for the petticoat if I wanted to rent plus for the rent $200 but if I wanted to buy the actual petticoat it was $200 make it make sense don't come herre!!!!

Do not recommend this place the lady is never their she has a sign with the hours and is never at the store. very bad experience I needed a dress for a quincenera was my only option. Do not recommend. I tried couple of dresses and one of the dresses had the zipper ripped and She has the audacity of telling me it was me. She said I had to pay for the dress or will call the cops on me. This was so embarrassed ? in front of my daughter of 7 yes old. Do not come here !!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars but I have to give at least 1. I took my daughter in to get a dress for her sweet 16 which is in 2 weeks, (I told her we weren't buying one but that she could try some on because I wanted to surprise her by buying her one) and the woman in the shop said we weren't allowed to try on any dresses. I refuse to buy any clothes without trying them on first especially a dress that costs hundreds of dollars and there are fitting rooms right in the open so I'm confused as to why my daughter wasn't allowed to try anything on. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Came here looking for my sons First Communion Bible and Rosary set. Found a beautiful one and purchased it only to get home that evening and notice that the Bible was in Spanish. I returned the next business day seeing if I could swap it out for one in English but before I could even get a word in she right away said “they all come in Spanish”. That information would’ve been helpful when I bought it seeing that I was speaking to her in English. Then she had the nerve to say “I don’t want to lose out on any money, how do I know you didn’t use it already”. Ugh maybe because when I purchased it originally she asked me what date he was doing his Communion and I told her May 1st. Seriously woman! Who does that anyway?! She finally said she was going to go buy more and would see if she could find one in English and then she would exchange it for me and call me the next Monday. Well, Monday came and went and I never heard from her until I went over there on Thursday. Nothing new she had was as nice as the original one I purchased in Spanish and/or looked to girly. Finally, she agreed to refund me and thankfully her check didn’t bounce. I should add she had a very small sign on a counter covered by a huge quincenera dress that stated “No returns, No exchanges, No eceptions” yup it was spelled wrong! When I pointed out how her sign should be visible, I noticed by the next week when I went back for my refund she had a new sign bigger and spelled correctly. I’ll never come here again nor recommend this place! Wish I would’ve read reviews of this place first.

While I had bought a book and champagne set, the books had come preñase while she herself made the champagne set. When it was purchased I was assured that the cups would be glass and it’d come with a bottle of champagne. What I received was a metal frame with cheap plastic fabric and ribbons hotglued on, the flutes were cheap plastic with plastic gems glued on and the main glasses were three inch tall glasses that had been rolled in patchy silver glitter. The champagne bottle I was promised was suddenly sparkling Apple cider wrapped in the same plastic sequined fabric as the metal frame. I’m embarrassed to say that I accepted such an awful job since it was too late to change it, I had to end up stripping everything and redoing it myself the night before the event and it came out soo much nicer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, THE SERVICE IS APPALLING

Bought my prom dress from here and it was so not how it looked like in the catalog. They made too many changes. The shoulders straps stuck out so bad and they cut off the whole tail to the dress that made it look pretty. Would not recommend.
