My first visit to Belterra Dental was easy and, for a being a dental visit, a pleasure. The staff all seem very nice. I was informed of what we were doing, the x-rays were extensive but not uncomfortable, and my routine cleaning was very quick.Speaking with Dr. Chandra, I felt I was in good hands and her explanations about my oral health didn't go over my head. She asked me a few questions and actively listened. That's a big deal to me because too many health care providers treat patients like a chore that needs to be completed. Dr. Chandra genuinely cared about my health; she was great.My previous dentist had an amazing staff, but his bedside manner was difficult to work with. Not the case with Belterra Dental. I felt like I mattered even though I was there for just a routine check-up. Thank you!

Recently had a root canal and came back to Belterra Dental for my crown. Amazing, got it all done in 1 visit. Michelle was great, made sure I was comfortable had great conversation about our dogs and holiday plans. Love this place, highly recommend.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent dental appointments. I must admit, I am quite apprehensive about dental visits, and my anxiety almost led me to cancel my first appointment.However, I am immensely glad that I didn’t. Rocky, who attended to me, displayed an extraordinary level of professionalism and kindness. Her calming and reassuring demeanor significantly alleviated my fears. She took the time to explain procedures thoroughly, creating an environment that felt safe and understanding.Returning for my second appointment, I was delighted to experience the same friendly and personalized care from Rocky. Her ability to recall our previous conversations made the appointments feel genuinely personable.I also want to commend the individual responsible for administering the anesthetic on both occasions. Their kindness and warmth contributed significantly to my overall comfort.The synergy between Rocky and the anesthetic provider truly makes them a power team. Despite my upcoming move to Maine, I am committed to returning every few months for my dental appointments solely to be under their exceptional care.

Belterra dental is the best! Everyone is genuinely thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. Most of all, they have all been so patient and understanding through any anxiety and have really turned some dreaded experiences into painless and pleasant, which is no easy feat! Dental cleanings by Rocky are quick and easy, and Dr.Anand is thorough, professional, and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better dental practice.

My father is visiting from out of state and had a dental emergency. Belterra Dental had helped me on a previous occasion, so they were the first people I called. They had my father in and on his way to being treated within the hour! They took such good care of my elderly father and treated him with kindness and compassion, especially dental tech Michelle. We will forever be so grateful!

Michelle help me relax today during my Crown procedure. She explained things well and let me know what expect step by step. Thank you Michelle. I also noticed she appreciates Dr A and Dr P’s kind approach with the staff/team. I appreciated Dr Anand’s approach we me too. I hope your practice will continue to thrive and be #1 in Austin. My husband and I love Belterra Dental!The office staff and doctors are wonderful! Meme, Michelle, Rocky, and Dr. Anand were all so professional, kind, and clear about the procedures. Also they have a great communication system and make it easy to book and change appointment times.Highly recommend!

I’ve always had a tough time with dental visits. It’s always painful anxiety inducing and just generally not a fun time. The team that helped me during my visit and tooth extraction here changed that for me.To start James the guy who took my original call was empathetic and quick to get me help. I had called 3 other places before here and they were all either absurdly priced or incredibly rude. James delivered amazing service quickly and comprehensively even making sure I knew my estimated total before I arrived.Meme the dental assistant was a dream she was sweet and reassuring as I was getting into the chair. Took my vitals and set me up to be as comfortable as possible and even set me up with sunglasses and Netflix! Also very gentle with the suction tube and other tools I could barely tell they were in there.Doctor Anand was kind patient and listened as I explained my fears. He actively addressed them and worked to assure me that it would be a quick procedure. He even went above and beyond with the local numbing agent giving it plenty of time to do it’s thing before getting started.Overall I had a great time considering I was getting a tooth removed. Amazing team and an amazing location. I’ve found my new dentist!

My great experience started with the guy at the front desk. He Got me check in with no problems and was very helpfulWith a few questions I had about Invisalign. Next I met with the dentist assistant who was very warm and welcoming, she made me feel very relaxed. Last was the dentist who worked on my teeth. Very easy to talk to and he explained the procedure in great detail so I would understand what exactly he would be doing to my tooth. I plan to go back for Invisalign.

Belterra Dental's responsiveness to my emergency crown replacement leaves nothing to chance. Not only did they immediately schedule an appointment for a crown replacement, they soothed my anxious feelings, and then followed up with a dental cleaning. I can't express how happy I am at the results of my crown replacement, dental cleaning. What's more, the wait area and customer service was top-notch. My two visits found me smiling and relaxed. I really appreciate Dr. Chandra, how well Michelle helped me out, and more.

Belterra Dental is a top notch dental office. I scheduled a visit to fix a crown put on by another office and they fit me in the same day, and completed the procedure in that one visit. From scheduling with Kim, to Michelle getting me settled in and assisting, and to Dr. Anand finding a fix to my problem, I was more than impressed. Everyone was friendly and professional, this has become my regular dentist office.

I can say without a doubt that I highly recommend Belterra Dental. From my initial contact to make my appointment to every momemt after, my experience was positive. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and found the perfect appointment time for me even though my schedule is tight. The office was clean. I've had some bad experiences with dental visits before and my anxiety was high. Sunena and the dental assistant were gentle and patient. Sunena, especially, showed so much compassion while completing all the work I needed. She explained every step, gave me breaks when I needed, and helped me througb moments of panic. In addition, the dentist was kind and calming as well. I will need to go back for more work and, because of the experience I had with my first visit, I am actually looking forward to it!
