I'm bias and prefer the Tuarus 92, or beretta 96. If you are a fan, it's not worth buying the materials you find here. I spent over 100 dollars and feel buyers remorse hard. It feels like buying a candy bar for 25 dollars and it's not very tasty. You want to throw it away, but you keep it, and its making you feel sick.

order a giude rod from Ben pro shop got it the mail after installing did not like how it was made called them up seem like no problems to return so ship it back. And 1 week later got email said approved return all was good. following week got another email said return denied said it was not new can't be return. even tried to get a store credit. so long story short becarful ordering parts here because you will be stuck with them no matter what. To your reply. I was 100% clear when I called telling them I have installed the part and then took it back out. But that's OK the manufacturer had no problem to give me store credit to make a big order threw them

Well, I’m trying to support a Texas run and operate a business, but it’s very hard to do because they don’t answer the phone. They don’t return voicemails, or emails! I placed an order. It’s still sitting in there waiting for fulfillment!

They definitely have a customer service issue. Regardless of my issue, the person i spoke with was condescending and rude. When I asked how Ben Stoeger was going to make me a happy customer he replied "Ben Stoeger doesn't work here". It's no wonder people want to support big box stores with customer service reps in India. They at least train those people properly to be respectful with decent manners. It's atrocious when an American company can't even train an American with proper CS skills.Apart from that, the issue I had with my order, and the lack of going above and beyond on Ben Stoeger's part has made me a non repeat customer.

Started making orders from BSPS in 2020 , the service has been outstanding, always been very helpful when I've had questions and one gentleman stayed on the phone with me and walked me thru measuring my waist so I could order the right size range belt , they are my first stop when need anything

The fastest shipping and best customer service! If I ever need a part quickly I rely on them to get me what I need ASAP. Huge selection of the best parts and accessories. Communication is always exceptional as well which is led to my being a repeat and ongoing customer.

The only reason I don’t rate as 1 star is two previous transactions went smoothly. But, if there’s any shipping issues expect minimal support. Small purchase that was sent first class mail that been stuck in the USPS system for over a week. No response to my latest email asking for either a refund or a replacement. The most irritating part is their deflection of responsibility and lack of follow up. Well the part finally arrived, BSPS did respond stating if I would reject the delivery they would refund the purchase. Opted for UPS at a higher cost if you want to get your order in a timely fashion, BSPS did ship quickly but USPS once again dropped the ball.

This company seems to have a customer service issue. The company listed an item and explicitly stated was compatible with my firearm multiple times. It did not. When I called them the staff I spoke to was unhelpful and obviously didn't want to talk to me. They took no accountability for the misleading product description at all. They essentially told me that if you want complete assurance that any product will work you should call first before ordering. If this is their policy it should be stated somewhere on their page, not just from the rep on the phone after the fact.After I emailed them they didn't respond to my complaints but rather forwarded my email to the company who manufactures the part. This is solves only part of the problem but they avoided contacting me again to deal with the issues that caused this issue in the first place.If they have a company policy of call before placing an order then that should be explicitly stated on the website. At least that way I, as a customer, would be forced to say "huh, guess I should have called." Second, they should do their due diligence to assure the product description is accurate. The customer rep said they copy and paste descriptions and therefore not responsible for inaccuracies. This is a great example of an avoidance of accountability, its sad to see that a companies culture would allow this to happen but I'm guessing it permeates throughout.Incredibly poor customer service, as a customer I felt that they did everything they could to ignore the issues present on their site and were quick to dump me off to some other companies customer service. These issues would have been solved had the person answering the phone known customer service 101. Someone should tell Ben Stoeger that his name is attached to a company dragging it down.Update: As you can see the response from the owner is a bland and unhelpful reply. I had already stated that the manufacturer reached out. They don't care to provide an semblance of quality customer service and obviously don't care to address the issues with the product description to prevent this issue from arising next time with another customer. Take note and avoid this company.
