Came here at a Tue night, asked about if I can try a Sony camera and Meta Quest, and both answers are NO! Very limited staff around the shop and it’s hard to ask for a help or know any details about the product. Never have this kind of experience in BEST BUY and this shop is very “unAUSTIN”

Assistant manager Jamaul Spencer went out his way to be unhelpful and was very rude when we asked for him to look in to the issue. I have a Best Buy membership with 60d return policy and Jamaul refused to accept a return for an item that was 25d from purchase. Instead of even looking in to it he just flat out refused to help. We had to ask for the GM and she was able to resolve the issue, so obviously it was an error on Best Buy end.

So over the years best buy has just been going down. So lets go over this interaction.1. I order ink from you and pick it up at the store2. take it home and the item is defective3. use your website and set up my return, i'm told i have until Jan13th to return this item4. i walk into your store, wait in line for 15 to 20 mins to see clerk5. i give the clerk the bar code your website gave me, and she calls a manager for an override6. manager tells me she can return it because its open ink even though your system has already started my return and had me come to the store. when i ask if this cant be returned why did your system start my return and i get know answer7. Thank you for proving to me once again that i should just go through Amazon, if i have to use a greedy company i might as use the one that returns my money when they sell me a broken item.If it would let me give negative stars I would, I would give them a black hole because no good customer service can escape them and reach me

My recent trip to Best Buy left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the customer service was outstanding. The staff members were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, eager to assist and answer questions with a smile. Their approachable and knowledgeable demeanor made navigating the store a pleasant experience.However, the pricing of the items was a different story. I was taken aback by the high cost of nearly everything on the shelves. From the latest electronics to basic accessories, everything seemed to be priced at a premium. I had hoped to find some budget-friendly options, especially in the returns clearance section, but to my disappointment, even the discounted items were quite expensive.It was surprising to see such a limited range of affordable products. As a customer hoping to find good deals or reasonably priced electronics, this aspect of Best Buy was a letdown. It seemed like the store catered more to those willing to spend a lot without considering customers with tighter budgets.While the staff at Best Buy are commendable for their friendliness and expertise, the lack of affordable options is a significant downside. For those looking for budget-friendly purchases, this might not be the best destination. However, if you're willing to spend on high-end electronics and value excellent customer service, Best Buy's staff won't disappoint.

I bought headphones in best-buy in credit in March 28/23 Model Apple AirPods max and for the last few months there has been a problem with hard noise in the left headphones when I turn on noise cancellation. Best-buy sent me to apple they took the headphones for repair and no one knows how long it will take so I don’t have headphones and I continue to pay a loan for them what type of fraud is being used here it’s so unfair. In Apple Store was only one option send it on repair technician just both store assistants was rude and not professional. I really get shocked service like that and so disappointed omg is it Best Buy and Apple Store or it small weird company??? They will nice with you when you buy some stuff, but when time to return you can get problem. I will do small claim court if issues will not fix in time. As I said it’s not fair continue to pay for the product in credit and don’t use it.

Roach infested PS5 with open box in excellent condition. They don’t even deserve the one star. Manager is trash, wouldnt even exchange when clearly, they sold us roaches. It’s the principle of customer service not the $27 difference for a brand new. Hope they got the roaches they deserve.

Service is terrible, I ordered a ps5 for pickup and didn’t have an ID on me but had a picture of my ID and called the store in advance if they could use a picture and they said that was fine and then I get to the store and the very same person I spoke with on the phone said they can’t use a picture it has to be a hard copy

Just the absolute worst. It’s no wonder people don’t shop in stores anymore. Waited nearly 15 minutes for an in store pick up. The line keeps getting longer and longer, but do they call for additional staff? No. They just let the line get longer. Ridiculous. Will definitely stick to shopping on Amazon.
