They don't clean the rooms very well...I found 3 pieces of trash from other guests in my room...a tag from I think shoes in the bed, making me think sheets weren't changed...a baggage check label right next to the trashcan...and a kids toy underneath the chair. I get that this hotel was around 100 a night versus the around 300 a night places in the vacinity, but all I had to do was bend over to find trash, so what's justifying the 100 vs. a 60 buck a night place? What I wanted for the money was basic and clean...if you're not gonna throughly clean the room, not much separating this place from somewhere cheaper. I will say the adjacent bar (not run by the hotel) is fun with good drinks.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Excellent boutique experience with meticulous attention to detail. Lavish included breakfast buffet - quiet and comfortable room with plush cozy bedding. Service is top notch and swimming pool and hot tub a delicious delight of tropical fun and relaxation. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.Rooms: Room was very comfortable and high tech. Big fridge and plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging up your devices. Excellent bathroom and shower. Good lighting in room with cool high tech artsy nightstand lamps. The bed was big - plush and dreamy. Great sleeping. Room was quiet too.Safety: Hotel seemed very safe and secure.Noteworthy details: Lobby is fun to hangout in with foosball table and amazing electronic coffee machine. Lots of seating and tables out outlets for working and charging.

A great place to stay a couple nights. Really nice pool and hot tub area with a hammock. Beautiful artwork throughout the property. The breakfast selection was great and the bacon and gravy were especially delicious. Convenient automatic coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby. A really nice gym with modern equipment. Rose at the front desk was a friendly face on check-in and check-out.

Great rooms, the daily breakfast is not your typical cup of cereal or waffle. They had quite an impressive spread. Good luck finding another hotel with a better breakfast, comfortable rooms and 24 hour Barista Machine in the lobby. Easily my favorite hotel in Austin and the best bang for your buck.

Excellent one night stay! Really great breakfast included with lots of options. Friendly staff and nice overall aesthetic. Room was clean, had a great sleep, would recommend! Parking included, though you are not in the heart of any action.

Aiden is my favorite hotel in Austin for a reason! The parking lot is enormous, and it's free during your stay. The check-in process was fast, and I got my room immediately. The hotel itself is pet-friendly (gotta pay the pet fee). The room is a music artist/boutique style, clean and neat, and the bed was super comfy. There is plenty of room for my pup to explore and enjoy. I love my stay here all the time. The breakfast is included in your booking, and the portions are enormous! A restaurant is connected to the hotel, and in the morning, it turns into a dining area for breakfast for the guests.I highly recommend this hotel if you want to save money on hotels during your stay in Austin without sacrificing comfort. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Austin proper.

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. The pictures are deceiving , the reviews are deceiving.A third class low level motel, with a big time ROACH Problem.Pathetic rooms, smelly musty hallway with mold inside the washroom and room. The bed made my skin itch whole night and also old scary Lift which barely fits 2 person inside. In the hallway you will feel like you are walking in a horror movie scene.Definitely they had amazing breakfast with lots of variety, free parking , free wifi free coffee blah blah but zero standard and hygiene. It ruined our whole trip. Wont come back ever

Great one night stay! Desk clerk was friendly and helpful, even called our room shortly after check in to see if everything was good. Breakfast was great, and we spent some time in the lobby working before meeting with friends in the city. Only slight concern was first floor door opened on to parking lot but we didn’t have any issues and we noted the EV charger for future. Would definitely stay again.

The pictures of this place are very deceiving, it is just an old motel with new wallpapers. The building has 3 wings, and one of them has the old motel layout where the corridor is located on the exterior, so it is impossible to keep the window blinds open and the room absolutely has no views. If you are unlucky like us, you would be assigned to one of these rooms.Originally upon arrival, they assigned us one of these motel rooms on the first floor adjacent to the parking where there is no privacy at all, and impossible for our kid to fall asleep with noise from people walking and parking. We asked for a room change, they were kind to move us, but to a room at the end of a very long corridor, not only that you have to carry all the luggages for a very long distance, but also it is a room right next to a service stair where you would hear the staffs walking, talking, and bring stuffs up and down all day long…The room itself is very outdated, dark, and small. A table is almost blocking the door that probably not to the accessibility standards. It is also not very clean. The floor of the bathroom has shedded tissues. The TV console is dusty and we have to wipe of the dust by ourselves. The bed is a double bed not queen bed and very uncomfortable. And it has a noisy window air conditioning unit. The room is not soundproofed that you can hear people walking and talking around you. Add to that, the housekeeping staffs did not reset the alarm and an alarm woke our kid up at 5am. At 6am the trash truck swing by and woke us up again. The only nice thing about this motel is its location, but I recommend to stay somewhere else instead.

I hope the person that took photos of this place made a lot of money because it is nowhere near as nice in person. What you can't tell is that this is an old motel that they threw a new coat of paint on and jacked up the prices. The lobby and restaurant are nice, but that's about all. The hallways smell musty and our room was humid and smelled so musty that I felt ill every time I was in it. I would recommend people stay away from this place. It should have been torn down, or gutted.

Aiden was perfect and met all but one of my expectations!First upon arrival, the staff was super kind, helpful and immediately set my mind at ease as a female solo + pup traveler.Lucas was great, assured me they do what they can to make female solo travelers feel safe and also made not only me but my pup feel most welcomed! He put us in what he said was the best room for someone with a dog. He also went over the property map thoroughly with me and gave me solid directions and instructions on where everything was, when breakfast was etc. The lady working with him that evening was also super sweet and put me at ease as well. Kudos to them for the exceptional service !I get to my room and as promised it was super clean, quiet and comfy from bed, bathroom to floor! I could see my vehicle from the window, Couldn't hear any noise from the halls or other rooms and it was close to the elevator/stairways which was super convenient should my dog need to make a quick potty exit. The pool and the area looked refreshing and clean. I witnessed a staff member cleaning it the morning I checked out. Fitness room was also clean and had a decent set of gym equipment. Additionally , the parking is free, abundant and super easy and the hotel is close to downtown, popular live music spots like Stubb's etc. I'm so glad I stayed at Aiden and avoided the expensive valet parking and high nightly rates of the downtown hotels. Now, the one thing that did NOT meet my expectations and that bumped this review from 5 stars to 4, the free breakfast. It was free but it was absolutely repulsive. The eggs were disgusting. No way they were truly actual eggs. Couldn't have been. The bacon was also gross. Oily and very thin and had a weird taste. If you are good with a bunch of carbs and prepackaged processed items, the muffins and pastries looked decent, and the cereal and yogurts where your standard yoplait, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Frosted Flakes and such variety. They also had several different juices including orange, apple, and cranberry. As well as a latte & cappuccino machine. Fresh pots of coffee were in the back, which I noticed as I sat eating the gross eggs and finished up my not so great regular coffee I had gotten from the latte/cappuccino machine. The dining area itself was very clean and comfy however with plenty of seating.Checkout is at 11AM and was super quick and easy.

We had a great time here and this was much nicer than other best westerns I’ve seen. The rooms had a cute Austin theme and the breakfast was good and lots of variety to choose from! Also the service was great :)I wish it was closer to downtown and Congress street area as I thought it would be from previous reviews, but we had to drive, that’s the only disadvantage.

I travel weekly for business and I found the Aiden to be such a gem! I was greeted and the front desk staff was thorough, pleasant and informative. My room was clean and comfortable. Their on site bar and restaurant was clean, friendly with great prices and tasty food. The pool was like being on vacation with gazebo and jacuzzi. Conveniently located with tons of amenities. This will be my go to moving forward while staying in Austin TX.

The staff and price for this hotel warrants a 5 star rating. Rooms are pretty good, but if you want to be near South Congress without breaking the bank, have a look at the Aiden. I’ve stayed several times and staff are really friendly and helpful. Convenient to Airport and South Congress.
