Kristelle has been doing my books for 6 years now and she has always done a fantastic job. She is flexible and knowledgeable which is convenient for a fast paced business. She is also very helpful and informative about the work she does which helps me understand my business better!

Nightmare. I provided Kristelle with receipts, anticipating I might work with her, decided I did not feel entirely comfortable and have offered to pick them up from her n multiple occasions and recently again attempted to contact her to collect them and she has either been obstructionist or simply not contacted me back. If she did not want to keep them, the responsible thing to do would have been to contact me and let me know. I don't think this behavior shows any level of the responsibility of someone I'd trust with my business bookkeeping. I will be calling the police.

When our bookkeeper retired we started to look for a replacement. A business acquaintance suggested us to call Kristelle. She has already outperformed our old bookkeeper. She has improved processes which have saved us time and money. She works fast and is reliable. In addition she is outgoing and easy to work with. I recommend her to anyone that needs a good bookkeeper. We are so happy that we found her !

After a horrible experience with two different bookkeepers, I decided to give Kristelle a try. I can honestly saw after seven months, i couldn't be more happier!! Prices are more than reasonable and I actually get a P&L on time. WOW imagine that! I would recommend Kristelle to anyone.

After trying another bookkeeper Kristelle and Better Ledger Bookkeeping was recommended a couple years ago and she has done my books ever since. She is punctual, reliable, helpful and always responds ASAP. She helps me to understand Quickbooks and explains it anytime I have questions. I recommend her to anyone self employed like myself.

Better Ledger Bookkeeping is a great resource for us. Kristelle is helping our business with our book keeping needs. She is managing our quickbooks and several other applications and is reconciling and making sure that all of our entries are aligned. She is also very pro-active in recommending improvements and offer suggestions. She is also very quick to return emails, calls and text messages.
