Iliana is a fantastic nurse- very personable, friendly, and talented in her work. Ive been to many different infusion clinics and she is one of my favorite nurses ive ever had!

Option care provided clear instructions and support for my antibiotic treatment at home.for 8 weeks. I was so happy to be able to receive treatment at home. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions that I or my caregiver had. I would recommend their services for anyone needing infusions in a home health situation.

Highly recommend for any outpatient support!!! I absolutely loved coming here for my outpatient support. Stephanie came to my hospital room and installed a picc line for me so I could recoup at home. Their office supplied all the necessary medications as well as nursing support. My first impression of driving to the 290 location made me a bit nervous or worried. Once inside. I felt like I stepped into a mini hospital, clean and well organized. I was immediately greeted by nurse Iliana. She was professional, courteous, and always willing to help me.

I've been driving over an hour out of my way every three weeks for years to this location because my nurse is the absolute best! Iliana sincerely cares about each and every one of her patients and treats us with compassion and dignity. I truly can't imagine anyone being able to take better care of us than she does and I'm so thankful for her.

Eliana was so helpful and caring, anyone needing any type of at home or after-hospitalization care can quickly become over-whelmed in the process of setting up suppliers. With BioScrip process was easy and we were able to drop another agency due to lacking in service and get everything done here. Eliana is great at her job and all agents are communicative and responsive. thank you!

I was told ins would pay yet they said something was not signed and slid it in. I’m assuming or they added and signed. I’m assuming it was a GY modifier that I had no knowledge about. Now my medicare says it needs to be removed or I’m responsible for entire cost. I’m waiting on a reply to modify and hopefully they will return my call. I pay higher ins to keep Blue Cross blue shield with my medicare because I can not afford medical cost. No other company has ever taken advantage of my well being. Coding and the GY modifier needs attention asap.

I recently had an infusion of Dalvance at the Austin Option Care location for a chronic wound that tested positive for MRSA. Prior to the actual infusion I was concerned about my copay, and I explained this to the nurse when she called to set up the visit. I’m 71 and exist on a very limited, very fixed income. She assured me that I could pay the $114 copay in 4 comfortable payments of ~$27 each on the 15th of each month. I was relieved. Paperwork was sent and I signed it electronically. Today is Sunday 8/7/2022. I happened to check my balance this morning and was horrified to see a $195 debit from Option Care which caused me to have an overdraft, so my account was also charged a $32 NSF fee. If this was not bad enough, I will have 5 more small debits which I cannot postpone, which will incur NSF charges of $32 each, resulting in a total of $192 just in fees! After reading the numerous bad reviews for Option Care here today, I have serious reservations about getting any help, much less sympathy from the company, although I will certainly try. All I can say at this point is watch out for Option Care and if you can find an alternative provider, do so!

I wish I could be more positive. I was with Walgreens Infusion that became Option Care & then BioScript for 13 years both in Florida &Texas. I never had a problem in Florida. There were plenty of nurses that were not overworked. They were well staffed in the Orlando office & the nursing supervisor was excellent in communicating. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same in the Austin office. I get home infusions. There is only 1 nurse to cover home infusions. She drives all the way to Ft Hood to Bastrop to Cameron and Austin & beyond. She is wonderful! But she is overworked and burnt out. Always in a rush. Her phone rings incessantly. She has literally accessed my port while she is on speaker phone in a meeting with dozens of other nurses. My pump beeps a lot and it takes time to figure out why. The last few times, she had to change the lines. She sometimes cannot get to my house until 4 or 5pm. My infusions are about 6 hours. She never stops. The communication Is constantly interrupted with her work cell phone ringing. My BP was going up to the 160's which is Not normal for me. I was getting stressed out because of all the interruptions. She was admittedly constantly busy w phone calls & loads of paperwork. She was out due to knee replacement surgery in March. She thought she would be able to return to work in 2 weeks. I knew better. My infusions are every 3 weeks x 2 days in a row. Her nursing supervisor never set me up w another nurse although I called several times. I was told by a gal in the Houston office they were trying 2 companies to subcontract out. I called both companies. They had never heard of me. I got excuse after excuse. The nursing supervisor would not return my calls. I had no choice but to fire them after 13 years.Prior to that, I noticedmy very busy stressed out nurse started getting snippy with me on occasion. Or she'd forget her personal items hurrying out to her next patient. I worried about her stress level & driving so much in one day. She wasn't getting enough sleep. I chalked her intermittent snipiness off to her obvious workload and lack of sleep. I was very stressed out with her frantic energy. Now I have a calm RN who has 1 patient per day. We have had zero pump issues. My BP has leveled out as has my stress. Therefore, due to the massive turn around w nursing supervisors and blatant lack of communication, I cannot recommend Option Care. I Do wish my nurse All the best! She deserves better treatment. She is an excellent person who goes above & beyond for her patients and I miss her. This company Only cares about money. They are too big and don't know what they're doing. I called the corporate office in Chicago & left a detailed voicemail with my issues prior to making the decision to fire them. I have not received any semblance of communication as of this writing.

Wish i could give negative 10 score. They do not take your orders properly and send random stuff you dont need. When you ask them to take it back they dont. Especially their employee Julianna. She is extremely rude and cut my call when i said i wanted some solution for the order laying at my door when i never ordered for it. They sent me stuff that wasnt even mine. Very rude and zero empathy for patients. Never ever ever go for bioscrip. Like this is the only 1 star review iv given my entire life. Its thats bad

Bioscript supplies me with osmolite for my inhome client , they always call me and make sure I have enough supplies before the next order and make sure I have my correct amount and syringes for each month.. they always return my calls within the hour they have always been professional and respectful and eager to help me with any questions.. I feel this company is a great company and I would recommend them to my own family. I have been in the medical field for 33 years and know when I am working with a good company..

This company does not pay their staff for jobs that they do and that is the reason they are unable to staff their clients. Please pay your staff.
