They were able to install 2 different sets of CZ sights that it seemed like CZ nor God himself wanted removed...ever. On top of that amazing staff and the lowest FFL transfer cost I have found in Austin, it's just a great old school feel where they really take care of their customers. Big shout out to Chris!!!

If you buy a gun here and you’re new to guns DON’T tell them you’re new. they played me like a fiddle. sold me a used barrel telling me the entire glock was new. I showed my friend who’s a retired veteran where he took it apart and showed me how used and abused the barrel was. I still have yet to shoot this thing for the record. but yeah, if you’re knowledgeable, you should be good, considering the prices are actually decent compared to msrp. I deserve this for being too open and friendly with them. i learned my lesson though.

Great service, friendly staff. Most of the firearms are fairly priced depending on if it’s new or used. They are always attentive to customers so you aren’t left just standing there waiting on someone to talk to you like other places I have been to before. It was my second time coming here and I’ll definitely be going back for my next purchase. Thanks.

This is my favorite and only gun shop I will ever use. They do excellent quality work on my guns. In addition, they are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer my gun questions. I really like the staff, they are very friendly. This is an excellent business.

I gave them a tough job. I wanted to have them remove some screws that I thoroughly stripped. They did do the work well, but I think they sent it off to the manufacturer. At any rate it was a good job. The only problem I had was that they were supposed to send me a text when it was finished. I texted them and asked if it was finished, and they said that it was finished come get it. I'm not sure if it was a coincidence, but I'm not sure it was finished the same day I called. They did fix me up for a fair price though. And I was a good job. Trust me, I had fubared the screws for sure.

This place is the BEST! Ilove them, they are so kind & do such good work. They always take the time to help me, even when it's ten minutes before closing on a Friday night and I've fumbled something up on my gun LOL...saved the day so I didn't have to miss out on target practice this weekend. They've put a red dot & a light on my pistol and did excellent work with excellent service. They take their time to explain things to me when I have questions about tax stamps. I reallly appreciate their work and their servive; I highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable about firearms. Diagnosed my issues quickly, took my firearms in for repairs, test fire all weapons they work on. Prices seem very reasonable. Waiting for my repairs to be made. I like that they will text you when weapons are ready as know one answers calls from numbers they don’t recognize.

I went in to Blackjack to have them mount a Picatinny Rail on my Beretta CX4 Storm, and mount/calibrate a green dot. The wait time was reasoable, as well as the cost. The work done is first-rate, as is the customer service. In this "You get what you pay for" day and age, if you want good quality and good service, and are willing to pay for it, Blackjack is the place to be. Highly recommend.

The staff are very polite- and they have good reviews- so I’m hoping my situation is just an isolated case.I send in my P365 slide to get machine cut. When they told me to come pick up the slide and the optic that they screwed in- there was a gap in between the bottom of the optic and the slide- they tried to give that my that slide and optic with such a great gap.Inspecting it on-site I told them that they need to ensure that the optic is sitting flush in the area where they cut the slide for the optic. They apologized and told me to come back in 1 week.I came back 1 week later and they gave my the slide and optic that didn’t have a gap anymore- however- if you look closely- the edges of where they cut are just so rough- it seems like they didn’t smooth out the bur from the cut.As such I proceeded to send my slide to a different vendor for a resolution. The other vendor smoothed out the edges and also had some black nitrade applied. My issue is that they provided me the cut slide that just looked they took a grinder to it.As said - polite staff very polite - but not a good final product that was submitted. When they did submit the final product (slide with rough edges). I just took it and left as I know- they knew the slide looked great and I was good to do. Once they wrapped up my order- I was finished with that establishment. They are polite people - very polite - but workmanship- you can find other vendors to inquire with

Blackjack is kinda tucked away off of Pond Springs Road but don't let that fool you. The store has an extensive selection of new and used firearms and a very good gunsmith to take care of your technical needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
