Marcus was amazing!! Highly recommend him and Blue Nile. We had a horrible experience at a nearby jeweler earlier in the day and decided to walk into Blue Nile after to browse. We were met by Marcus who offered incredible customer service, advice, and attention to our needs. We have decided to purchase from Blue Nile and we’re very grateful to Marcus for making our engagement experience positive after a disappointing appointment at the previous jewelry store

We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands at Blue Nile and had an amazing experience! The rings are customizable and great quality, and everyone we’ve worked with has been very kind and professional. Jeremy worked with us to help us find the perfect wedding bands and he was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and made us feel very taken care of. I also had a great experience with the care team when I needed a quick repair on my engagement ring. We highly recommend buying your ring there!

Are you really paying someone to stand around and check people in when theirs no volume in the store. I hope this employee who was just checking us in, making us wait 2 hours to just see the rings was worth losing a customer. Genuinely what’s the point of having a store if the customer service is going to deter customers.

I went in with my future fiancé to pick out her engagement ring and we are so happy with our decision to come here and with the ring we picked out. Jeremy helped us through everything and was very informative and personable. He helped us pick out everything within our budget, and he wasn’t just trying to sell us the biggest and most expensive items, which was nice as a lot of jewelry shops can be a bit predatory. He was very understanding and respectful that we are a young couple and don’t need to go over the top if we don’t have to. All three of us had a good time and ended up cracking jokes and sharing our own personal love stories by the end of it. Everyone we talked to was super friendly, I would recommend this place and would definitely shop here again.

We bought our engagement ring today, and I can honestly say the experience was beyond anything we ever imagined.
Jeremy was incredibly patient, accommodating, and genuinely personable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process feel effortless and special. We even ended up joking about our similar love stories, which just added such a sweet and human touch to the whole experience.
You can tell he cares deeply about his craft, but even more so about the people he serves. It’s rare to find someone who blends professionalism with such heartfelt kindness.
