Great customer service! I stopped by yesterday with a particular purchase in mind, which turned out to be not correct for me. Abby helped me find the best fit for the look I wanted - she spent so much time testing things out, showing me items that I had missed, she was SO helpful! I found the perfect solutions with her help and couldn’t be happier. I live south but I’d happily drive north to shop here again if Abby was helping me!

Abby is the absolute best!! She has done my makeup for several years. I always get TONS of compliments. She will recommend the perfect product for every budget. I currently use a combination of hourglass, lune + aster, Trish McEvoy and Sisley. I love that she gives me free samples too! Please go see Abby. She’s the best!

BEST service I've EVER received in a beauty store. Wow! The manager Muriel was outstanding and made me feel so at ease. I've been burned and frustrated before, but she was so patient and exceptional in her chair. She gave me three spot-on looks and totally nailed my colors and skin needs. THANK YOU!

I have enjoyed shopping at blue mercury over the years. The last two times I came in I have felt an overwhelming push from the associates to purchase a more expensive product. It is not a peaceful experience and I will not be returning. Shopping should not be stressful.

I had a great experience tonight at Blue Mercury. I arrived at literally 6:58 and had 2 minutes before closing. Abi helped me find what I needed, and was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. She had great suggestions and honestly made my night! Great customer service!!

I had the best experience on my recent visit to Bluermercury. I received a personalized one-on-one consultation from Caitlin. I tried on different permanent lipsticks from Jane Iredale and found a color I liked and purchased. I also bought with a new lip balm that I love. I was looking for a new parfum and tried on different scents. Caitlin is knowledgeable and listened to my needs; she knew exactly which products to recommend. I was also looking for a new eye balm Caitlin also gave me samples of two to try on at home and compare. Along with my purchase, I received numerous other sample products as well. This was my first time in Bluemercury and I'm so glad I stopped in! I will certainly be back

One of my favorite stores in Austin and in California. Although my budget doesn't allow me to go as often as I'd like, I will continue to support this business whenever possible! The products are lovely and the people are what keep me loyal.The staff at the Irvine CA location were beyond incredible, as they strove to ease my sister's chemo related symptoms with true compassion and genuine concern. I will forever be a grateful customer.Each location I've visited carries unique products, backed by knowledgeable and courteous staff. Bluemercury is amazing!
