Posted a review several weeks ago and still little or no response to the issues we’ve had. Have called the service advisor two days in a row and not getting any response. Previously had called the device manager Andy Hathaway who passed the response to a service advisor instead of dealing with our issue himself. Very disappointing and dissatisfied with this company. I will be calling the General Manager Tracy Garnett tomorrow to try and get some help with our problem.

I had an incredible experience here from start to finish. The ambiance is phenomenal, clean, welcoming, and calm, which immediately set a positive tone. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly professional, and you can tell they operate with the customer’s best interest in mind, even if that means the loss of a sale. There was absolutely no coercive, deceptive, or pushy behavior at any point, which I deeply appreciate.
I worked with Cory, who was patient, transparent, and intentional in making sure I felt confident every step of the way. The entire team remained flexible and accommodating with my personal financial preferences, which made a huge difference. The finance department is stellar, and I have to give a special shoutout to Austin, who quite literally played with the numbers until she got me exactly where I wanted to be.
Overall, the level of care, integrity, and professionalism here is unmatched. I highly recommend them!
