Great experience at the 2nd St location in Downtown Austin. Ted was a great Guideshop Manager and ambassador for Bonobos. He helped get me sized for a groomsmen outfit. Ted was very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft. Will come back again!

Ted is absolutely the best.
I had a wedding to go to in 5 days and found out my old suit no longer fit.
I dropped by an hour before the store closed, and he spent the entire time with me, giving me recommendations on what’d look best along with finding a suit, shirt, and pants that fit perfectly.
He is a master of his craft, and he deeply cares too!
A week later I stopped by, and he remembered and asked about the wedding.
10/10 service!
I was debating between Bonobos and Suitsupply, and so glad I went with Bonobos.

Esme went out of her way to take care of me after an online order item was cancelled out of the blue. She emailed me to apologize when it wasn't her fault or problem (just an online order/warehouse issue), offered to ship it to me directly and honor the original discount. What stellar customer service! Bonobos corporate, give Esme a raise!!

Esme and Spencer were fantastic. They both helped with a complete rebuild of my wardrobe and were patient throughout the whole process.
