Since they changed owners, customer service is pathetic, they do not seek to retain the customer, if you have a problem with the device they only tell you to call customer service at the company to which the phone belongs, when they are the ones who sold me the phone in less than 3 months, the replacement arrives and for switching the line, which was already activated, they charge you $35 to change the service to the new one, I understand that when you start your line on a new phone for your pleasure it is fine But in this case their product went wrong, they should come to an understanding with the supplier. I spent years with this store when the previous owner was there, he was responsible for what he sold you and had an understanding with the company, here they don't bother, better order it online directly with the company with the offers and just go and activate it.

The cashier was nice, but there is a $4 fee to pay a monthly bill using cash. I can understand having a fee to pay using a credit card because credit companies charge stores when credit cards are used, but what charges are there for being paid in cash. The only way to avoid a $4 fee is to enroll in autopay, which you would have to go through the trouble of cancelling if you cancel service.

Boost Mobile is affordable but really bad at CS. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing here with this company. I was having issues with my service and went in person to the store and they deferred me to call the CS to who knows where outsourced person answered. Boost has switched to a new app and didn't notify me u rip after the fact for at worst 3 weeks. I couldn't pay my bill because the autopay was disabled and the new app had none of my account information. I was told I now had to wait 6 days or maybe 25 hours to see my account information. The rep had no idea what she was talking about and was giving me false information referring me back to the app which I just told her had t been working. The old app hasn't let me log in for 3 weeks and kept saying network difficulties. The new app isn't working either. When my bill was due, 3 weeks ago, my autopay didn't work and I had to call over the phone and charged an extra fee for paying on line. The store isn't able to to take payments. While the rates are cheap, the CS is extremely frustrating when nobody knows what's going on. Also the service doesn't cover Canada. So once you cross the border the service doesn't work. I'm seriously thinking about ditching g them and going with a different company as this is not how to keep customers since the CS is lacking.

Literally the best cell phone service store, ever.Super nice people, they are always more than happy to help you.I bought an iPhone 7 on eBay and they more than went above and beyond to help me place it under their services.On a side note, great plan w/ great coverage for those on a budget.There’s this bearded feller, he’s literally the nicest dude & most helpful.Best in the services in this store ??

My phone would not turn on and I knew it was charged. Took in to service rep and he said I just needed to reset it by holdg down 2 keys, as was frozen. It rebooted and was fine. He said It just needs to be turned off periodically like a laptop. Great service. Was in and out in 5 minutes.

I have been a Boost customer for years and have always had excellent customer service. My husband and I went in a few weeks ago to upgrade both of our phones (his had taken a tumble). We were told by the female sales rep that we should wait until closer to our payment date on our billing cycle because they had recently merged with Tmobile and our plans would change slightly. We told her that we had our son's old phone that we had purchased through Boost a few years ago and if we could activate that to replace my husband's cracked phone. She said absolutely. I wanted to clarify that we would still be eligible for both of our upgrades when we came back in a few weeks. Again, she said absolutely. Fast forward to today, walked in, picked out our phones, cases and screen protectors. Then to be told that my husband was no longer eligible for his upgrade because we activated a previously purchased phone earlier that month. The gentleman helping me was truly trying to be helpful and I know he did all he could, but when I tried to reason why the previous sales rep would confirm that our upgrades would be valid, I'm assuming the manager of this location proceeded to tell me, harshly, that no one there would ever say anything like that, repeatedly. I was not being hostile, I was not making a scene. However, with other customers in the store, he spoke to me as if I was just blatantly lying. I was so embarrassed. Almost to the point of tears. I've never had an experience like this before. Sorry for the long post and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was just shocking to me. :(

Only issue is the EXTRA $2 for convenience fee they as the franchise charge. Riverside only charges the regular $3. No worries stop coming here years ago.
