I took my expensive Dell laptop to Best Buy to get fixed. They charged me $85 and sent to their headquarters to be fixed. They sent back and I received and email assuming it was fixed. When I went to pick They told me that Best Buy could not source the parts needed. Feeling a bit hopeless and thinking it was trash, I stopped in Boost Mobile. After explaining what I had been through and the problem I was having, he seemed to know exactly what to do to fix it. I left it with him and 2 days later he called and told me it's fixed and I can pick up! No parts needed! AWESOME! Don't trust Best Buy!

I just moved to Austin and wanted to upgrade as well as get a local number. An employee (male) picked up the phone. He did not greet me. He did not say a word. He sat the phone down. I could hear him talking to a female customer about her phone. I figured well they are busy. I hung up and called back 30min later. The phone was busy. Apparently he left it off the hook. I wonder if his manager is aware of the money this guy is losing for Boost?

Excellent service. The person I worked with was extremely kind and walked me through everything. I was buying the phone for my Dad who's ill and the man threw in an extra charging cord for my Dad since it was Father's Day weekend. This is a business you want to spend your money at.

Laptop Repair - Very happy with the experience. Brought in dropped laptop that would not turn on. Was told they should be able to get back to me in a couple days. 2 days later was called that everything fixed. Repair price way less than what Best Buy or Lenovo would have charged (I know from past experience). Very friendly service and effective service. Definitely would come back if I ever bust another laptop.

Sold me a phone that was obsolete in 2 months..Their was to purchase a more expensive phone. All I could do was watch a $50 card go down the drain.

Lied to me about a phone price- the ZTE Tempo X. He said it was $170 including the $50 monthly fee when online the phone is only $50 - 70 dollars. The phone itself is horrible, and I was told it was amazing and could do all kinds of things! With only 8GB of storage, what can I do? 6GB was already used. I feel lied to, hurt, and overall dissatisfied with the experience I recieved here.

dont use boost! can not use there phone with out providing access to your google account!!! any other service provider will allow this but boost is designed to not let you erase you google account on lg tribute hd.

Ignored me in the store for the first minute when I was the only one there. Then when it came down to discussing phone service, I knew more about boost than the owner did!... He then just told me to call boost and transfer everything myself since he was busy!
