Visit to Whole Foods is multi-purpose. Was able to pick up and return Amazon orders, while also fueling up with dinner foods and stocking up on every day items. Always a clean and smooth experience. Staff helpful. Visited around 5:30 PM and was unimpressed with the foods available at the time. Buffet trays were low and some foods looked like that they've been sitting there for a moment. Sushi was just alright. Chose sushi as an option because it's buy one get one 50% off on Fridays. I don't plan on getting ready to eat foods, especially sushi, any time soon. For the price, it makes sense to just go to a restaurant that specializes in the cuisine.

The produce is still pretty good and they have a healthy selection of options. The staff is helpful. The prepared foods section has deteriorated badly: the main items never rotate and no effort is being made to prepare anything except the bare basics. Often everything is picked over and stale.

This is for their coffee bar. The coffee itself is amazing. I HATE the person behind the counter giving me the stare down when the tip screen comes up. It's happened three times, very aggressive. The lattes are $7.50 and I'm certain they make more than minimum wage. So, no I'm not paying $20 for 2 coffees. The nice thing about the Central Market coffee bar is no tip screen/jar, no pressure, just good coffee.

One super friendly guy in the bakery and one really unfriendly female employee. The friendly person was headed my way to help me, but he got cut off by the unfriendly person. Too bad for me. I don't think she's very happy, either working there or with something else in her life, or at least her affect appears that way.I like the meat counter guys, though. so I'm giving Whole Foods a 3-star rating. : )

Thank you to the everyone at this store! I was there two days before Thanksgiving and the shelves were beautifully stocked with everything I needed. The mood was very festive with the employees laughing, definitely busy and very helpful. Much appreciated

This is my favorite Whole Foods. I come here for the bakery. The pastries are delightful! And the bread various and fresh. Cookies are soft or crisp, as necessary. One big negative, however, is parking. The lot is almost always crowded. Frequently, it is difficult to find a space. I think it's due to bakery cravings (*grin*).

I don't come here often. I like WF, it's just not very convenient. Layout is great. Quality is great. Service is millennial. Four human checkout lanes. 100 self checkout lanes. Can I get a discount for displacing all those checkout clerks?

I wrote a review many moons ago when the Whole Foods HQ just opened and am updating my review after all these years. This store no longer feels like a flagship store. Amazon has pretty much sucked out any uniqueness to this store and covid over the last couple years has shut the few remaining restaurant counters. It's a tad cheaper and if you have Amazon prime there are different discounts. If your prime all your discounts are linked to your card or you can use the Whole Foods or Amazon apps. Selection is so so for example the bakery/pastry, it seems like cheese section has taken over parts of this section). My favorite, the chocolate section has moved into an aisle with other sweets but the brand selection isn't as extensive. However the wine selection is pretty good with lots of natural and biodynamic wines. I normally stop here to pick up something to eat after the gym from the extensive prepared foods area. It's proved by the pound except the soups and pizzas. Though after 7pm the more popular items tend to clear out with no chance of them refilling it.If your downtown this place and Trader Joe's are really the only supermarkets within a mile radius. Parking is no longer crazy; normally can find a spot easily on the surface lot without having to go the underground parking garage.

Ruination Day- harmony in my head by Gillian WelchI went to the flagship of Whole Foods today. It is the mothership. It is huge and walking around the store looking at all the interesting items works up an appetite. I decided to go with a simple entree and two sides for $10. All items were marked vegan basically entree was fake vegan chicken with veggies, Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries. Good deal. Solid meal with good size portion. Lots of options on the salad bar and hot bar. Vegan pizza. There was a Next Level Burger restaurant in the store with a different menu than the Bay Area in CA. They had a juice bar with smoothies. I am now completely ruined in the sense that every other Whole Foods won't be as awesome as this one.

This Whole Foods Market has the instagram worthy ATX rainbow sign, which is what brought me and my husband here. And then we decided to grab some lunch afterwards and a few other snacks for our visit to Austin. This particular location has the following for food options that include: Juiceland, Next Level Burger (sells vegan fast food), hot and cold bar that you pay per pound, pizza by the slice and also can purchase the whole pizza, coffee bar, Bowie BBQ, Market Cocina that sells Mexican food. My husband ended up getting a brisket meal with sides from Bowie BBQ, which was okay but have had better barbecue in Texas. I ended up getting some food at both the hot and cold bar. Seating for your food includes inside, a small private upstairs seating area and a nice outdoor seating area. I know that Whole Foods is expensive but I do like the ready to eat food options and think they are sometimes cheaper than to dine at a restaurant. Would come back if I was visiting and wanted something for lunch.

Located toward the back of the huge Whole Foods Market. Got the Brisket and spicy kielbasa. Both were a bit overpriced and the quality was just ok. The brisket was a little on the dry side, so we were glad to have barbecue sauce. Since it is a kiosk in the Whole Foods Market I didn't have high expectations.

Delicious BBQBetter tasting than the more famous Austin joints.Since it's Whole Foods, the meat is ultra high quality - no hormones or antibiotics, etc, and you can get a beer with the food.

Whole Foods BBQ is consistently outstanding. Perhaps not as good as Franklin's, La BBQ, Styles Switch, Coopers, etc.; however, the consistency is amazing. It doesn't seem right that Whole Foods should have some of the best BBQ in town, but it does. It's kind of like BMW pumping exhaust tones through their speakers - you don't want to like it but you do. Brisket, beef and pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage...all of it is good. The best part is the people though - they are some of the friendliest folks in town. They all have an inspiring passion for their job.
