Wound up getting brake pads, rotors and struts done. Nick the manager (and a tech too) was very professional and him and his team provided a high-level of customer service. I have done a lot of hiring of and I was very impressed, as a business owner I would feel very confident knowing that he was at the helm. Had a lot of work done and even got it done the same day. They had some challenges with my vehicle and went above and beyond to get the work done properly. I don't think anyone enjoys costly repairs that need to be done and sometimes at very inconvenient times but Nick and his team left me feeling safe, satisfied and confident that I came to the right place! PS They do tires too and I will probably switch from that other chain company (the one that cross thread one of my bolts last time I had tires done-which caused me to have Brake Check fix also)

Nick was not only amazing at his job, but also extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The guys got everything done quicker than I anticipated and took great care of my car! Will definitely be coming back!

Not very happy. Made an appointment for 8am. No techs were there. The Asst. Mgr did the oil change but it wasn't until 8:40am and I needed to be somewhere. I did not get the full service oil change and I needed a Wheel Alignment Inspection that I did not get. I will look for another company.
