Tammy was our real estate agent and she was amazing! God send. Moving to Austin from Cali, we had no idea where to even begin. Tammy helped us narrow our search. We looked for months! Trying to find our perfect home and she was there every step of the way. She’s patient, kind, on top of it and when needed straight forward and stern. Well rounded. I can’t thank her enough! For seven years I’ve rented in Austin.Under the same roof with hundreds of others in apartments to triplexes, duplexes and rental houses, each time hoping I can reestablish some sort of familiarity. I can't say enough good things about Becky and her team at Eric Bramlett Residential Real Estate.Coming from another state and not living locally, Becky made this process actually enjoyable for me. She has gone above and beyond to ensure all of my expectations were met. I worked with Lynn Wise as my buyer's agent. She was great to work with, very responsive to our needs. She scheduled tours in a very organized manner. She has been very helpful after the closing as well. I would not hesitate to work with her again.
