I had a painless shoe shopping experience here. Wanted a specific shoe for a trip and Laurel was able to point me to exactly what I needed! Appreciated her help and friendliness. Great customer service is one of the reasons why I continue shopping at Nordstrom.

It is FUN to shop at Nordstrom, there are so many departments and places to explore, the BEST. Cosmetics are a favor of mine.I am so glad WE have Nordstrom here in Austin. The women shoe department is a MUST.

Nordstrom is a great store, but I very rarely find clothes or shoes that are in my size or in a style I prefer. I've visited to find work attire - business suits/casual and nothing is appropriate or attractive. The only section that has attentive staff is shoe department.
