This store has gone so far downhill a it’s just sad. These were the dressing rooms. I promptly left my clothes and turned away. Everyone who worked there was sitting on the countertops staring at their phone and paying ZERO attention to customers. I don’t think the store has been cleaned in 6 months.

No smiles on the faces of ANY employee, no acknowledgment even of our existence. No wonder PacSun is about to go bk; overpriced junk clothes and miserable workers
