I have taken my son to many different doctors in the past when his sickness wouldn't go away, and they all sent us home with nothing. The doctor at Brave Care Pediatric Urgent Care actually helped us come up with a treatment plan AND gave him some medicine to fight the possible infection. I am SO happy that I found this place. Highly recommend

A beautiful, clean, modern, office with a super friendly staff. My 4 year old loved the waiting room and was comfortable during her exam thanks to the gentle, caring staff.

Very happy with our first visit to Brave Care! I took my daughter in on a Saturday evening for a sore throat about 30min before they closed and we were very kindly invited in and promptly taken back to see the doctor. Staff were all very friendly and we were satisfied all around with our experience. We live close by so will definitely be back for any future needs.

I continue to frequent Brave Care for several reasons, there is always convenient availability, the staff is fantastic, and the practitioners and doctors are thorough and care about my children's wellbeing. When kids don't feel 100%, they usually resist going to the doctor but at Brave Care my kids and I know that the service will be outstanding, and that the visit will be efficient. The staff is always organized, and appointments have been consistently on-time (less than 5 minutes waiting ever). Thank you Brave Care.

Brave Care was attentive, caring, clean, and followed-up the next day on my son's injury. It felt more like a homey pediatric office than an urgent care center. I would highly recommend them for your little ones' urgent care needs!

Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had at Brave Care. The staff is kind and friendly. The office is clean and very well organized. We didn’t have have an appt but just walked in bc we had ear pain that got worse during a holiday weekend. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

My son needed to be seen for a sore throat. Called to get cash price for a strep test. I made the mistake of first asking if they accepted Medicaid. They let me know they do not. I was prepared to pay oop cash price but she would not tell me the price. She said I wasn't able to come in and pay oop now that she knows he had Medicaid. That it was a "legal issue". I explained I didn't understand, that if I was willing to pay for the visit why couldnt do that, she said I couldn't because he had Medicaid. I hung up and sobbed, I just need a step test for my son and wanted to know the cost oop. If you'd like to feel marginalized, go here.

Brave Care was great! Showed up without an appointment and were able to be seen right away. The provider was thoughtful, and very helpful with providing the right treatment for my daughter's illness. Would definitely come back again when in need of an urgent care again.

The whole experience was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The staff took their time and nothing felt rushed. Amanda Johnson was amazing and we felt that she did a thorough job with the exam and explanation of everything throughout. Hopefully we will not need to go back, but will choose Brave Care if we do need pediatric urgent care again.
