We have shopped here, attended a party, hosted a party, and traded in here. So it's a good time to leave a review. The bulk bins are amazing for finding random pieces, but just know that there is a separate table for technics pieces by the duplo area if those are the parts you're looking for. Same price I believe, but we didn't realize it was there until after the 2nd visit we filled our bulk bags. There are lots of little treasures in those bins if you're willing to dig! Kiddo and I have a great time sifting and searching. They do have some pieces that are organized by type and priced individually if you know what you need and don't want to dig. They sell accessories, storage, and display items too.Their minifig case is a dream to look at and shop out of. They have some really fun minifigs! They have built sets that you can take disassembled or already built. Those are sold as is, but the staff members we've encountered have all been pretty knowledgeable and if you ask they'll let you know if it has missing parts that they're aware of. What you see is what you get (plus box and/or instructions if they have them)They also sell certified complete sets which are guaranteed to be complete. They stand by this promise! The trade table is great for offloading the sets you're ready to pass on. They give you a cash offer and a trade in offer. The cash offer is much lower, so we just stuck to trades. If you want to make space and have something to spend, this is the place, but don't expect to get ebay rates at the trade table. It's a lot of work hours to piece together some of those sets and verify some of the boxes sets. As a mom of 2 boys who also has her childhood Lego collection, I've spent countless hours managing our own stash so I respect the time and effort they put in here and it's definitely worth something -- keep that in mind when trading. They're not simply buying low and selling high, but they're putting in work to organize their shop and part together sets. It seems like there are always people sorting through bricks. I feel their offers have been fair given how quick and easy it is to offload. They also do parties at a very affordable price! We had our son's birthday party here. They have a party room that's somewhat private -- there is a big window looking into the room from the sales floor - privacy film would be a nice addition as some of our guests mentioned feeling like they were being watched. The host did an AMAZING job. The kids were entertained the entire time. Not a ton of time for food and cake, but the kids had a blast! The staff here has been wonderful. This is truly a mom and pop franchise store and their staff is always soooo nice! I will say that the male owner seems to have his days. Sometimes he can be friendly, other times he can be short and seem like he's in a mood. The rest of the staff we've dealt with has been exceptional. The lady owner is usually there working behind the scenes, but doesn't interact much from what I've noticed.I'm terrible with names, but shout-out to the duplo expert behind the trade counter, the fellow with the long black hair, and the bearded fellow who was telling us about his flight from Virginia. Y'all have been amazing! We look forward to coming again!

Mountains of Lego bricks, an almost endless display of completed Lego sets, Lego mini figs as far as the eye can see.Is this heaven?Almost, it's the Bricks and Minifigs store.I love the big bins of Lego pieces. This is a great place to find Lego pieces missing from any sets you have. Or if you're just looking for some extra building blocks, this is the place to go.They also have boxes of specific colors (blue, grey, black, etc.) of Lego bricks to make it easier to find what you are looking for in the specific color you are looking for it in.They have tons of Lego min figures and a extremely diverse variety. I'm sure you'll find one, or several if you're me, that you can't walk out of there without. They have new sets too and many used, and sometimes retired, sets. They'll even break down the built used sets they have if you want when you buy them. That way you can have the fun of building it yourself. The customer service here is as epic as their Lego collection.

I love legos as does my child. Good shop as far as sets go. Twice now the same employee has been unduly rude. This time my kid asked me what the hook and rope was for on a set. I showed him, very carefully. The person decided this was a good time to make an example of a customer, loudly saying to keep my hands to myself. But the tone and the stance said just F off already. In front of the store. I get it, you probably tell people this all day. I’d get frustrated too. Lego may not even be fun for you anymore now after dealing with it all the time. Sorry I touched your stuff, jeez. The Arlington location invited us to touch the sets when we went just after they opened, and it wasn’t like I picked it up or did anything but turn a piece designed to turn. Go take a break.

We were visiting from out of town, and were really impressed with this place. The collections my kids were able to build their mini-figs from was huge, and their collection of mini-figs including some really rare pieces was outstanding. The staff was very friendly, we would totally come back here on a return trip to Austin.

I’ve been to over a dozen Bricks and Minifigs stores all over the country and this is the best one overall. The separate tables of technic and vintage bricks are unique. The staff is great too.

Great for getting misc pieces. There're center tables of millions of spart pieces. The lego store only have a few choices, and you'd have to buy a cupful. It does take some time to find the piece you need, however.

Actually a pretty cool place for any lego enthusiasts. I even recommend just going in and browsing and seeing the work that people put in to build the lego sets. If you need anything brick this is the place.

This place is amazing. You can get the exact pieces you’re looking for whether that’s for collecting or building something custom. They also have an insane selection of mini figs and discontinued sets. Staff is 10/10. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Really cool place where you never know what gems you'll find. Really good stock and I've found some bionicles that I haven't seen in ages. Not only that but they do have full sets as well. When I've gone with my partner, he has pointed out some rare minis they have as well. Amazing selections and amazing staff. Feels good and clean too.

My kids love this place so I will go there for them. They always find something that they love. But if I had my preference, I would probably never shop there again. The owner was rude and lectured me about not even touching the legos they have on display. I tried to explain that we were wanting to get this set so I was looking it over and then he told me again not to touch it that they could get it for me. He then started lecturing me about other people dropping pieces and such. I felt so belittled and like he was treating me like I was irresponsible. Not a good customer experience or a good human experience. But I will take my kids because I love to see them happy. But I hope I don't get lectured again.

I was skeptical about what I would get for trading in some of my old sets, but I was very pleased by the price they offered me! On par with what you would get for the hassle of trying to sell on Bricklink.Great staff, very helpful and answered all my questions!
