I can't say enough positive things about Bright Horizons. As a first-time parent without local recommendations, my husband and I researched a couple of daycare options and decided on Bright Horizons. Our daughter started attending at 3 months old and stayed until she began kindergarten. The teachers and staff were incredible throughout her time there. Now that she's in kindergarten, I truly feel she's ahead of the curve compared to her peers, thanks to the wonderful foundation she received at Bright Horizons!

Average at best and definitely not worth the high price. My grandson went to Bright Horizons in another city and it was a wonderful experience, so we naturally expected the same here. But, it was very disappointing. In the other location, they posted pics and updates to the app multiple times daily and it was great to be able to see and know what was going on. He was having fun and the staff was so engaged. In the 3+ months my grandson went to this location, I could count on one hand how many pics or updates were posted. The teachers and staff were always so engaging and friendly in our previous location, but here, they barely made eye contact when we dropped him or picked him up. Often he would have his clothes on inside out or his shoes on the wrong feet when we picked him up. They seemed to pay very little attention to the kids. Really sad, actually. And the price was $500 per month higher here! Do yourself a favor and shop around. Visit other schools in the area. There are some great alternatives and you’ll save yourself some money and frustration.

My Grandchildren were going here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Some of the teachers are terrible. My one Grandson has been there for over a year , but one day when my daughter brought him in he saw the teacher and hide behind my daughter and was terrified of her and not wanting to stay that had never happened before. She's mean and they've had issues with this teacher before. My Grandson is 2and a half so for him to act that way was very very strange.Plus if your child has any issues as far as hitting or acting up they call parents and they have yo pick them up in 90 minutes. Most people would lose there jobs if they have to stop work and puck them up.It's a terrible place !! There's so much more I could say but it would take a long time.

Bright Horizons at Oak Hill is a WONDERFUL center!!Our son has been going there for almost a year, and we started in the infant program. He is absolutely in love with all three of his teachers: Ms. Shelley, Ms. Sonja, and Ms. Jenny. All three women are incredibly kind, caring, and supportive of our kid. They have made our time so special I can't thank them enough!Of course it's never ideal to have to be away from your child all day while you work, but I feel so grateful and he gets to spend his day with such amazing care takers. We're looking forward to many more years with them!!

Registered 4 years ago and still in waitlist. I don’t know about other families. Are you all have to wait over four years and still not your turns? or it is only some families are treated like this?

We've had our daughter here for 5 years. Every teacher has been wonderful and the administration has been great as well. No complaints. Even during COVID there was only one scare and they shut the place down for 10 days. All in all a wonderful place for your child to learn and have fun.

My son started at Bright Horizons Oak Hill when he was 9 months old, and he loves it there. His teachers in infant and toddler have been really happy to see him and he gets sad when he has to leave to go home. The food is more diverse than want we typically serve at home and he eats most of what he's been fed. He has been getting sick once a month, but from what I've heard that happens at most daycares. He his also a bit behind on his developmental milestones, but that's probably a function of how he interacts with us at home just as much as at daycare. We were initially concerned that Bright Horizons is a publicly traded company and it would be like factory care, but it has actually been a positive in having access to parenting resources, food, and events that are more easily available than in smaller daycares. Only downside in my mind is that BH was more expensive than the other 4-5 daycares we were considering in the area, but you do hopefully get what you pay for!

My two kids went here, one is still there and one has graduated to Clayton. We really liked this place, and they deserve credit. Taking care of kids is not easy, and I feel our family got a good start with my kids going to Bright Horizons. I recommend...
