Jessi Brashear was THE most helpful consultant and helped make our purchase so much easier! She went out of her way to make sure we were able to truly visualize exactly what we were getting with our custom ring, and she was patient throughout the entire process. Not only that, but it was very LGBTQ friendly! At a few other shops (not Brilliant Earth), we’ve had some difficulty being treated like a couple. Jessi made the environment inclusive and exciting! This is a big milestone in our lives, and we were so lucky that Jessi was the one who helped us out! ?

I saw a bunch of mixed reviews about brilliant earth online and videos about it, but my experience was nothing but flawless and they made the entire experience extremely thoughtful and personalized. We had several meetings with Kayla at the domain location in Austin and she is an absolute gem. She made sure all our requests were filled and the made the entire ring shopping process effortless. I recommend anyone looking to buy a wedding ring to check out this store and ask for Kayla. :)

Found the perfect push present for my pregnant wife thanks to the friendly & knowledgeable help of Briana. She helped me choose the most dazzling jewel that fit my budget and style specifications, and filled me in on some details of day-to-day jewelry wearing that would never have occurred to me. I can’t wait for my wife to see it for the first time!

Had a great consultation today with Andrea! She’s so sweet, patient and knowledgeable. She gave me so much insight about which diamond would suit me and how they can custom make rings that they don’t have on display! My ring size is 2.5 for reference in the pictures

Bought my fiancés ring from brilliant earth online and had it delivered to the Austin store. Everyone I talked to throughout the whole process was so nice and I cannot recommend them enough! The ring came earlier than expected (which was awesome!) and the staff was very helpful when picking it up. I ordered the ring too big so we had to get it resized but they did it for free and it was super easy to do! The store manager, Tristan, was so nice to us when we picked it up and she even gave us a ring cleaner! I definitely recommend brilliant earth to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and great service!

Ran by children needs older people. The young don’t know how to pick to mature and hardworking individuals. Such a terrible experience with all of them there. Don’t know the value of a diamond and the meaning of romance. I highly say stay away from this subpar jewelry store and go to Tiffany’s

Buyer beware! This is a “Bait and Switch” operation. The moment you show interest in a stone, their tracking software will quietly raise the price on you. The updated price will only be reflected on purchase page.NOBODY will tell you this. When you question them, they tell you “the pricing is dynamic and they’d be happy to show you something in your budget.”When you ask why nowhere on the website is it listed that the pricing is dynamic, their head of customer service will literally tell you "If you'd done your research, you'd know that."Really??With all due respect, diamond research typically involves the 4Cs, and I've done quite a bit of research. To fellow buyers - please consider if you in your research have ever seen this advertised. "Prices of the stone are subject to change." Never seen it, and this is listed nowhere on their site.Had I not realized this myself, nobody on their team planned on telling me this. That's the most disgusting part. The diamonds may be ethically sourced but their business model is unethical.*** Only upon reading my review did they call and offer to "honor" my price and defend their practices. Tawnee, I'm stunned you're the head of customer service.Shop literally anywhere else.

BE has always been the desired location for the day I decided to purchase my engagement and wedding ring for my fiancé, as we both desired to solicit a business that emphasized ethical diamond practices. When it came time to purchase, I did so through the Austin BE location, and all of my visits have been great. This most recent time, I decided to purchase the engagement ring, but unfortunately, needed to exchange it for another after my fiancé was unsatisfied with the fit once paired with her BE engagement ring. So we decided to visit to see if we could try on some alternate rings and receive help from one of the associates. We were helped by Jessi who was absolutely amazing. She was patient and engaging throughout our entire time there, running back and forth from the showroom to the back so that my fiancé could try on multiple rings. After trying a few on, Jessi had one final option she called her “wild card”. And would you know it, it was EXACTLY what my fiancé wanted! She left the store absolutely satisfied, and I was happy that we had found her the perfect wedding ring. Jessi was an amazing help, and the other associates were engaging as well. Experiences like this are ones to remember, and definitely solidify my desire to shop at BE for my future jewelry needs (I have my eye on a tennis chain for her in the near future). We both look forward to the next time we visit the Austin BE location!

Brilliant Earth’s customer service goes above and beyond. I have had nothing short of a great experience buying my jewelry from here. My friends have bought engagement rings that are gorgeous. I understand the investment and how much jewelry can be, but that’s exactly what it is. I will continue to rave to all my friends and family about this store. I hope other people can do their best to give this store grace as they are a big company. With any big company of course things can go wrong out of their control. You can’t blame the store if your stones fall out. I wouldn’t be wearing my engagement ring banging it around if I invested thousands of dollars on it. Be kind it goes a long way.

I would do -100 stars if possible. This company has gotten it wrong fromDay 1. My biggest regret was coming to Brilliant Earth from the start. My engagement ring? Not properly set, caused cuts/now scars on my surrounding fingers as the diamonds were loose and the setting was sharp and pointed externally. It was asymmetrical despite the symmetry being the intention of the chosen setting... Within 30 days (being their policy), they still charged us $100+ for the repair when it was their fault. THEN they quoted us a repair time, which would work out as it would be returned to us in 2 weeks for my dying grandmother to see as I was on my way to visit her two weeks later for the purpose of my engagement, and who knows, but nope, they extended the repair by 2 weeks after that so a very much missed life moment and memory (1/many). Fast forward to forgiveness...(on our end, they literally said, "sorry bout ya, bummer"...)My wedding band and my husband's wedding band - after we went into the store and had a hour long meeting with one of their "specialists," we chose exactly what we wanted, paid for that, and after ANOTHER delayed delivery (arrived 2 weeks later as we literally were leaving for our wedding that day), delivered 2 entirely different bands that we had requested and ordered - they were unwilling to make right until we paid AGAIN for the corrected ones. So we had our wedding anyways with the incorrect bands because what else could be done.THEIR SOLVE, was for us to pay for store pieces they could lend us (not the same ones we were going for), but could not just lend us something because their customer service is so poor. They nodded and said "uhhuh, we understand" followed by no action as well as their local/nationwide team continues to be MIA when they're needed, outside of asking us to pay more. My husband is truly just wanting to keep his at this point because who knows at this point how much further they could get this wrong. That sucks he won't get what he wants but is dealing with it on my behalf. Next part:We return to the store after we got married a week later in the incorrect wedding bands, pictures that will never be redone. We ask for a 1.5 week fix to return the incorrect bands for the ones we originally paid for, spoken to all management they could offer and were GUARANTEED delivery by 11/9, have now pushed it out another week, 11/16. Where once again, elderly grandparents will miss the opportunity to see the symbol of our love and future. I get it, sounds materialistic as it's not anything more than a symbol, but this company has one job. Centered around this momentous occasion in one's life. And they just can't get anything right? This company sucks, they don't care about you, and they will not do anything to make things right despite it being their fault and getting in touch with them is bull shit. Pretty sure the intention for us not being able to call the actual store we are working with is because this happens more often than not and they would rather send our frustrations to an off-site office that truly has nothing to do with them, vs. answering a phone call/email and owning their mistakes and working with us. Brilliant earth, in regards to rings, you have ruined every step of our engagement and wedding. Your desire to keep us away from upper management is concerning, as well as your false promises for those expecting high priced items in a timely manner with proper updates and communication. Do. Better.
