My mother just moved to a Senior living community in Aistin. She had not yet become established with a new vet. I was visiting when her cat began peeing blood & displayed obvious discomfort. I called them at 9am because they were located close & received a 10:30 am appointment to my shock as we were not established clients. When we arrived the staff treated us so well and were extremely & genuinely friendly & welcoming. They have a separate cat waiting room. The vet was wonderful to is & provided very appropriate thorough care informing us of all options & costs up front. Happy to say Ginger is recovered now. When she required a long term medicine for a new diagnosis the lab work revealed they efficiently found a compounding pharmacy able to deliver. I am so grateful we found them & feel they are a perfect fit. To say I highly recommend them is an understatement!!

The vets are all wonderful, the techs are super kind and supportive, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. My dogs get very, very stressed about getting their nails trimmed, and the staff is so patient with them. It took three visits to finally get the mix of anti-anxiety meds just right, and the entire staff was so patient and kind about it. We’ve been patients for over 10 years and have always had a wonderful experience.

I have been using Brodie Animal Hospital for over three years and I would never think of going anywhere else in Austin. Every Doctor, technician, front desk representative, etc. is so friendly and patient. My dog is not the calmest at the vet and they do such a wonderful job of keeping him relaxed and feeling safe. Their communication is exceptional and I appreciate how flexible they are always able to be. I always recommend Brodie Animal Hospital to others and I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

BAH has been spectacular in every way when it comes to the care they’ve provided for our dogs, and also in their customer service. They’re always quick to help and answer any questions we have and their staff is so friendly. One of the best vets in Austin, no question about it.

This clinic taught me the hard lesson that not all veterans share the same information with you during office visits as they put in their internal notes.
Additionally, Ms. Holmes will intentionally misrepresent the information you share with her, so be especially careful if she is assigned as your veterinarian. She will be rough with your pets during exams. She will speak negatively about you to any new clinic you ask them to give your pet’s history to, making the start of the relationship with your new veterinary care team unnecessarily tense as you try to unravel the misinformation.
My pups and I have lived in multiple states and multiple neighborhoods of Austin so I have been a client at 8 veterinarian’s offices. This is the only clinic whose internal office notes, visit summary, and conversational exchanges are so extremely different that you must get a second opinion in order to make the right decisions for your family. I had never asked for a clinics internal notes because the conversation had during office visits always matched the written office visit summary and lead me to the correct treatments. That is not the case at this clinic. If you bring your pets here you will have to ask for both written versions and make sure they match what you are verbally told.

I am so thankful to everyone at Brodie! My puppy has had multiple health issues since I got him and they have helped him get better with so much care and love. All the doctors, technicians and receptionists are fantastic! I’m a new dog mom; so I always have questions and everyone at Brodie is always happy to help. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else and would recommend this vet. It’s the best!!

Brodie Animal Hospital is truly the best vet I've ever visited! Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure my anxious dog feels comfortable, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about every pet's well-being.
When my dog was recently diagnosed with Addison’s disease, which can be difficult to detect, Dr. Burke and Dr. Holmes were quick to identify it and patiently addressed all my questions. I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked here and they always listen to my concerns with compassion. Their expertise and support have made all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for such an amazing team that truly saved my dog’s life.

Really can’t thank everyone enough. I wish we had come here under better circumstances, but everyone has been incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond in comforting us as we said goodbye to our pup. We just moved cross country to Austin and definitely will be making this our regular vet for our other dog.

We took our puppy in with an itching problem, and I was really impressed with the professionalism of the veterinarian and her staff. We were seen within five minutes of arriving at the clinic. The techs and the veterinarian were very friendly and knowledgeable. Although the shot that he needed was expensive it was cutting edge technology, Which was Once that it was explained to us We understood the need for it. The exam was very reasonably priced. We also received One free month of heartworm, flea and intestinal worms preventative. I recommend Brodie Animal Hospita very highly.

Dr Holmes was fantastic, Max has a new Vet now, he really liked her!! Thank you Sara and Dominique, so kind and took such good care of Max, all the staff were really great! I definitely found a new place to take Max!! Thanks to all of you!!
