DO NOT rent from this location!!!! Horrible customer service!! Rented a car a few weeks ago and the first day the inside door panel passenger side came off where we couldn't even access the passenger front door. We were already on our trip so we couldn't exchange. Called to tell them. No discount still had to pay full price. Then 2 weeks later I get a letter from them trying to charge me 250 cleaning fee when I cleaned the car myself. They are scam artists and just rude. If I could give them negative stars I would!!!! Save your money and go to enterprise.

The rental pricing is super cheap but the service and cars are not. Easy peasy pickup and return. Staff at this center are very knowledgeable and friendly. The cars were nicely maintained and clean.

Worst Rental counter customer service ever by this lady. Takes my card online for payment but not in store makes no sense. The women actually threw her glasses. Luckily I called Enterprise and they will pick me up and take my payment.
