I had up to three storage units at BS&P! I had two of them for probably over 20 years. I was fortunate to have two side by side, both 10X15. I chose the right place. No regrets at all. If the doors would not open or close right, I called once, and they would get it repaired for me. If the key did not work, they would help me and even change the lock for me. I did clear out of the third unit and stayed with my “two car garage”. I highly recommend BS&P. As a single woman, many times, I worked in my units. Security was there so I felt safe. I did not need to look over my shoulder to see if anyone approached my units. BS&P was my storage family for many years and I hope you will trust them with your valuables like I did for many years.

Had a Storage Unit here for the past 6 years. Well kept facility and did not have any issues. Unit got a little dusty not bad really, but I think that is expected. No rodent or bug damage to my things. I would definitely use this vendor again.

Not sure if it was just a bad day for all. I have talked and been by 4 times. I did have an appt ent to complete the paperwork. We were running late and I called. No problem. I got there and no greeting and was made to feel like I was an intrusion. I was asked didn't the other girl do this for you? No I stated and the comment was not able to hear. The paperwork was simple. A car came behind me that did not have an appointment it was 2:30. I was told to take my paperwork and get behind the car behind me? My paperwork only had to be signed. Then the information was entered in by her and was wrong. So we got to redo it. Now I have a moving van waiting on us to complete. 25 minutes? When I went in the first time I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I explained how unhappy I was and would leave a review. She got very very defensive. I wanted to leave and go to any other storage co. I told her I was not going to argue. Please finish.

My grandfather has been a customer here for years and has nothing but good things to say about staff members. The facility is clean and well secured!! We don’t have any concerns for cleanliness or bug control as this place does a wonderful job with upkeep. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs the service. Liz (management) and Betty (front office) are always such a delight, they are informative, have great customer service skills, and will resolve any issues or concerns you have immediately.

I highly recommend Budget Storage! I had storage there for 14 years and always had great customer service. The property is secure, clean, with easy access. Plenty of room to drive box trucks on the property.

An unwelcoming place. My husband and I came in get to scope out a parking space for our RV. When we walked in, I spotted 3 employees. None of them acknowledged us. When I walked up to the closest desk area, the receptionist didn’t say a word so I initiated my inquiry. I asked about pricing and availability of their parking spaces and she wrote down the prices on a sticky note. Additionally, she didn’t offer to show us the spaces. It appears that they did not need our business, so we took it elsewhere.

Nice spot but they need to expand their access hours for RVs. It's a huge hassle when you get off of work at 8pm and rushed to get the RV
