I stopped by Buffalo Exchange to sell some of my vintage clothing, and I was impressed by the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manager, with long black hair, was particularly attentive and personable. I'll definitely be returning to this store. It’s going to be my new favorite spot for both vintage and new clothing. Thank you, Buffalo Exchange!

Mika was amazingly helpful after a crazy hangover. All I wanted was a Kenny Chesney shirt she showed me 3 options and I bought them all!!! Mika did the damn thang and served while doing it! Will definitely be back!

the store is very close to campus and always has a variety of cute clothes and accessories. the staff tend to be pretty nice and one of the workers, Elizabeth, has always gone out of her way to help my friend and I find pieces of clothing that go with our style!

This is my frst time visiting and its a worst experience. I had a closet cleanout with most of the clothes are brand new with tags. I took almost 50 clothes and they rejected everything by taking a pair of workout clothes. This is really insane,waste of time. Instead you could atleast do donation u would get a tax form to file.NEVER EVER GO THERE

They had pretty pieces for sure, but their sizes were for the most part not very inclusive. Only a handful of XL sizes and very few bigger than XL. The racks were also fairly disorganized, but the store was clean and employees very nice

One buyer looking at one bag at a time? While there’s 5 other thrift stores that figured out an efficient method? I haven’t been here in years, probably since college, and won’t be coming back. Don’t waste your time going around in circles looking for a parking spot just to have to wait an even longer time. Long wait, understaffed, no easy parking

I had a unpleasant experience today while hoping to sell some items. Not courteous, self-absorbed staff. The story is a long one, I'll spare you. Needless to say, I will never go back to sell or buy.

This place is like heaven and hell at the same time . Great pieces , way over priced . Great organization, but a few rude employees. I bought over 150$ of clothing and when I got to my hotel I realized they left a security tag on my clothes so I went and I got a Lyft back to have them remove it and compensate me for my time and money driving there . The manager was very very stand-offish and didn’t think I deserved any store credit FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. HOW IS IT MY FAULT YALL LEFT A SECURITY TAG .unprofessional
