Order 4 of an item they showed to have 6 of in stock. It has been 2-1/2 weeks, no items have arrived and for the past 10 days have been unable to reach anyone in customer service. It's the same recording 24/7 " customer service is our #1 priority, please stay on the line and someone will be right with you " over and over and over for 3 minutes them it kicks you to an answering machine, nobody has ever called back. I have no idea what's up with my order or where it's at. Definitely not the kinda company is as home builders need to deel with as time and communication are of the utmost importance.

Today I was in desperate need of an item for a very large customer that everyone in the world would know. They needed a part that unfortunately no one had in stock. After dealing with 5 other companies and about an hour on the phone, my 6th phone call was to Buliders Supply. I had the pleasure to work with Ania today who went above and beyond and helped me cross reference the same part just in a different color which my customer was fine with and Builders Supply could immediately ship. Ania was absolutely amazing in her customer service, promptness returning calls & emails and doing everything she could to help expedite the product! Needless to say I would absolutely recommend Builders Supply and if you are lucky enough to work with Ania she will take care of you! Thank you Ania and thank you Builders Supply!

Was able to find a good source for a number of difficult to find cabinet parts from The Builders Supply Co. I did have a small issue with one specific item in my order being incorrect on delivery however Ania at Customer Service did a marvelous job correcting the situation and getting the proper part on it's way to me promptly and without any difficulty. She was extremely professional and efficient and a pleasure to work with! I will undoubtedly return and seek them as my primary source of small miscellaneous cabinet parts from now on and urge you to do so as well! Obviously a well run enterprise! Well done indeed!!

I was a first time user , I ordered $700 worth of kitchen hardware, the response time, shipping, and follow up was great ! they even sent me an email to be sure I was happy with the product and confirm I was satisfied. The order was also $250 cheaper than all other competitive websites ! including my cabinet distributor thanks again I would recommend BA to others.

Builders Area had an item we needed urgently and was out of stock at most other suppliers. Their customer service confirmed they had what we needed and shipped it to us same day. They followed up with us as well to confirm the order, and to confirm we received it the following day. Extremely strong service.

As a first time user - I was blown away by the quick response from customer service and tracking for delivery.The downside was I did not have enough information for the shipping options to know the timing and differences between my options.Other than that, it was quick and easy to order and customer service was great.

The item I ordered was shipped incomplete and this builders area phony bologna website ghosted me on the whole thing. I finally realized I was on my own so I contacted Richileau's warehouse in Seattle and they were able to resolve the situation.
