The owner was obnoxiously rude, belittling, and highly unprofessional. Would not give me a quote of what it would cost to get my car where I needed it to go from their tow yard. Said they would give me a price once I paid the impound yard charge and then still refuse to give me a price until after they towed it for me. They refused to let me go in to see my vehicle to try to start it so I can drive it out of there. I had to get a different tow company to tow it for me since this one wouldn't give me a price. The owner was very rude to the towing company that I had hired to move my car. I was made to stay outside the gate at the street to make my payment and then I was not allowed to drive in behind the tow truck driver to make sure my vehicle was okay. The owner took my card and got in his vehicle for about 5 minutes and then came back and threw my card at me and said it was declined. I checked my account and told him to try again and of course it worked. The owner went out of his way to be completely rude and aggressive. Do not ever deal with this company unless you absolutely have no choice like I did because of an accident. The entire business is a racket and they want to scam you out of whatever they can. They don't even deserve one star.

Called late at night about getting a dead car towed, and a gentleman helped me diagnose the problem with my car. He turned out to be correct and I was able to fix the car myself. It ended up saving me a tow and the hassle of a mechanic visit. Thanks!!

Showed up quickly and towed us 30 miles total to a suburb of Austin. Very professional and careful, super friendly. I hope I don’t need them again but I would call them if needed :)

My daughter was stranded east of Austin.. I called Nick at Bullet Towing at 10:30 at night, and he was awesome. He was unable to help me out with the particular need that she was having but gave me great ideas and suggestions and helped connect me with people whom I needed to help my daughter. Not only that, he and I talked the same language, John Deere!!! Thanks Nick!

No one wants to deal with a towing company, but if you must, this is the one to do so. Rick is a sweetheart and will go out of his way to make things less painful. He was also good at calming my frazzled nerves.I spent so many calls figuring out how to get my grandson’s car out that I will almost miss our calls now that the car is out. lol But it was the best (for lack of a better word) towing company experiences I ever had…actually make it the only good experience. Thanks again Rick, from your favorite Grandma.:)

It seems that the guys from the Bullet towing company do not go hand in hand with the commitment to help since I had an unpleasant experience since they left my car detained since 3pm and I called to pay and pick it up and they excused themselves that they no longer worked during the day (in their schedules it says they work 24 hours) totally out of place and the gentlemen who operate their cranes totally disrespectful

Nobody pay attention to Vanessa Gonzales's review. She seems to be the only person in Austin who had a problem with this towing service!I used Bullet twice in one day for 2 different vehicles. Both times, and each time I called in-between, the owner was beyond friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient!I thought all was lost when trying to get my friend's car out of the tow yard. I truly thought there were no other options without the title or proof of insurance.Bullet Towing, held my hand and offered wonderful advice! The car was out of the tow yard and back home within 2 hours of me making that initial phone call.Bullet Towing is the only wrecker service I will use from now on!

They picked my car up after an accident. It was somewhat difficult arranging a time to go get the things out of my car but the person who helped me when I went out there was kind, helpful and pleasant.

I was looking for quotes to tow my vehicle from Austin to Killeen and was up one night browsing Yelp. I came across Bullet Towing and sent a quote request at about 10pm. Rick was in contact within 10mins and provided me a quote which was the cheapest out of 3 that I eventually received. I ended up working the tow out with my insurance company's roadside assistance plan but just based on this interaction I'm keeping this company's info handy because if I ever need assistance in the future they'll be the first company I'll call!
