I always get email responses for received drawings & when they're ready. Folks are super nice & responsive & I've not had a single error in an order.
My only comment would that they could opening sooner, perhaps 7:30.

The folks at Burks have kept pace with the digital transformation of their sector and they embrace technology, making the customer process much easier. But their people, especially Lilliana at the Westlake store, are especially friendly and customer service centric. Burks is an essential strategic team member of many real estate developers, architects, engineers and others. I highly recommend them.

I’m a born and raised Austin Unicorn and the son of an architect, Jimmy Holland, that started his architecture business in Austin before I was born here in 1978. Still to this day Burks takes care of my Dad both professionally with amazing architectural prints, as well as, personally being a part of helping him when he needs help in this new technology age of print. Just wanted to say that Lilliana is AMAZING!!! She is always super responsive, professional and so helpful. The other day I came in to have a copy made of a plan set and she offered to do it on the spot so I wouldn't have to drive back! That saved me so much time! That's just 1 example but I get that type of customer service each and every time I need something! Matt is very helpful as well! Don't know what higher up sees this but Lilliana is awesome & I wanted to let the higher up's know that!

Burks provides excellent, professional service. We had several things printed for a wedding, including table numbers, large seating chart, menus, etc. The people here were so helpful and did a great job. Quick turn around too. I'll definitely be using them for any printing I need done in the future.
