Oliva is the rudest manager that I’ver ever encounter in a store, I would not advice anyone to go to that store. She will turn things that are true about the Burlington policy and she refuse to do normal refund on return. If you pay with your card she will always say no she can't send it back to it, always talking about voucher. Olivia listen it has not been 30 days yet and people need their money back this is not your personal store where you can do whatever you feel like doing. I would never step my food back in that store again because of her.

The new manager called Olivia she so rude and she think she’s so tough and I believe racist too by the way she was looking at me and talk to me, I just wanted to make a return and I got my receipt and all the items got their price tag on them , and it was within their return policy witch is 30 days to get your money back and she was offering me voucher, even tho the 30 days has not yet passed, she stand there arguing with me that she can’t send it back to my card, she wanted the money to stay in the store meaning like even tho I used a card to pay for my things she can’t send it to my card and offered voucher to use it in the store. This is bad business , how you guys are not gonna respect your own policy ? And why you got the worst people as managers ? Not customer friendly at all.

Horrible! Only one open register. Waiting for more than an hour. You need to fixed this. I can understand Monday to Thursday may be slow. But on the weekends??? Yo need at least 3 registers open. People are going somewhere else.

This location has been going downhill for over 6 months now. First, the cashiers are rude and treat you like you’re an inconvenience. Why work there if you’re that miserable? Second, there’s always only one cashier working no matter what. Meanwhile, other staff are walking around the store pretending to look busy so they won’t have to deal with checking you out. Lastly, I have gone on three different occasions over the past 6 months and each time I’m told that they “can’t find” the key to unlock the bags. If you can’t find the key, how are you restocking? This is a lame excuse in my opinion, and you could have easily made $300+ if I would’ve been able to purchase the bags I wanted. Today was my official last visit to this location as I was beyond frustrated with the key excuse once again. I’ve read the reviews that other customers have left, and it seems to be the same “canned statement” response from Burlington. Why has there been no improvement at all? Who manages this store?

This is busy Christmas shopping season and they can not open more than 2 cashiers out of 14. Waiting on line for 45 minutes so far. The manager deserves to be fired

One cashier with lines wrapped around the store. Manager refused to assist when I asked if she herself could open a register. She chose to put away returned merchandise instead of assisting her cashier. I felt very sorry for the over worked cashier. Several people working in the store but none were aproacable or willing to help when asked questions. They obviously need a better manager and a team willing to work not just pretend to be busy.

It is a place with affordable prices, but unfortunately the customer service is very bad... “Oranus” was my cashier today and in the two transactions I made I had problems. The first one did not want to take my phone number to claim my points and I let it go because it is something simple but the second transaction was very bad, he charged me twice for the same item and even though I told him he refused and had to call someone more to verify it and after explaining to them in the end they understood by returning the money to me in cash, but when they returned the money it was not exact and they asked me to let it go that I was satisfied with that to which I refused saying that "no" I am telling this to revive your bill in case they are being overcharged since they should pay more attention and do their job well... but
