We were having internal telephone line issues. The phone provider said everything was working from their end. We found this company through google search, they had good reviews as well as a very informative website. I called them and they dispatched a tech the next day. The tech figured out the issue and resolved it. And to think we were going back and forth with phone company for over 3 weeks. Thank you Mau for everything.

The guys are the absolute best. We have tried a number of contractors in the Austin area for our data cabling needs, but when we found BCS we landed on our long term partner. They are very responsive, especially for emergencies. Running cable can be a pain, but when we hire BCS we know that the job is going to be done right. We will never use another vendor again.

The two guys that came to do the work were so professional and friendly. I asked for some last minute changes that required them to pull back most of the cable they already laid out. They worked with me to figure out how to make the changes work. All the while keeping a professional and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job in installing security camers! Worked with us to identify the best locations for cameras, helped us choose which cameras would be best based desired outcomes, recommended NVR equipment to meet our needs. Ran all lines so they are not visible in or outside; included running lines via the attic and through walls. Also moved the connections fo the router. Very professional and excellent customer service. Also trained us on how to use new system. Available to answer any questions as we used the system. Highly recommend.

We had a problem with our internet keeps on going in and out. BCS came out and help us resolved that. We had a bad router. We had a router that was more of a home router. They recommend us a higher end router with more security features. It's been running for 2 years now. They also install antivirus on all our pc. It has been running great since. Prior to this, it seems like every few weeks someone is infected.
