"Warning", to everyone that uses the ATM at C Mart on Saughter at Westgate!
Last Saturday, Saturday, Sept.14, 2024 I used the ATM at this store, On Friday 9/20/2024, Yesterday, I found out my entire checking and savings accounts are at "0" Balance, cleaned out!
Here's the sad part, I am female, 80 yrs old, living with family.
My bank is "Frost" and I am reasonably sure that the bank insurance will cover my loss, however, I'm giving you a warning, Do Not Use
ATM's that your bank does not sponser! I can't be the only one this has happened to, and
C Mart cannot be responsible for my loss,
in other words, use at your own
risk!
How much did I loose, $30K!
Protect yourself, go to your personal bank's ATM for cash or a trusted ATM!
For-warned is for-armed.

Awful customer service! There is actually ZERO customer service here! If you’re sold a bad item, broken item etc. from this store they will NOT refund or replace it for you. They straight up will tell you no. Zero good faith and this service is from the owner himself!Save your time and money, DON’T GO HERE!

Never go here!!! The worst customer service. The owner is trash along with all their employees. They don’t know how to talk to customers, treat customers. Go to any other gas station but this filthy one!

Saw my favorite store I go to daily didn't have at least 4 stars. Then saw lunatics in the reviews and knew why.Anyway they have a lot of stuff you wouldn't expect and has saved my butt a few times. Many drinks to choose from, but I do wish they'd have less zero sugar, and more simi-sugar as I can't stand the taste of artificial sweeteners.I'm glad this place was as nice as it is, to make the combo of getting a taco outside and come in for a drink so awesome. Also very nice people we have a laugh a lot.Oh they for some reason play high energy techno which you can't help to bop to getting your favorite beverage.

When you walk into a store you expect everything to be in good condition not expired. I walked in grabbed a Liquid yogurt payed for it and left to my surprise it was expired worst part is I’ve had that taste in my mouth since earlier this morning I had to throw that away. Would not go back there.

Not enforcing mask laws. Practically everyone inside was not wearing a mask. Quickly turned around and left when I counted over 6 people inside the store without masks on.
