Wish I could give less than one star. Lied about their inventory then tried to overcharge us. Man has trouble with the language nothing against him but he offered 0 help and seemed uninterested in any business. Would not recommend to anyone. They deserve less than a star

I have been buying their clean cig rechargeable kits for a few months now. I bought another kit this week and the battery was completely dead. I brought it back with the receipt to exchange it for one that works but they would not exchange it. I asked to talk to the Manager and was told to come back the next day. I have been over there twice now and they will not exchange it. They are giving me the run around and do not intend on exchanging their faulty product. I explained to them that they could be reimbursed by the Company that they bought the product from but they would not listen. It is a matter of principle now so I have contacted the company myself. I hope that no one will have to go through this. They have lost my business for good.
