I will never go to C-nails again the service is horrible and the Asians are rude they just want African Americans money after getting my nails done there for years the host talks to me mean like I'm a I'm body well I'm somebody, they will never get my money or my service again C you later...you deserve what you tolerate

I showed a picture of what I wanted and the color I wanted they keep saying the bottles didn't have any color. They charging all this money not to have polish in the bottles. Kind of did my nails like the picture I showed but for charging me $150 my nails should have been exactly like the picture I showe'd. This the first place I've ever paid that much for my nail. I assume they charged me like that cause I hadn't went there in years.

I went to my nail tech and I got gemstone on my nails and one fell off the next day, I called c nails to see if they could fix it and they told me to come and I did when I get there I show the lady sitting In the first chair my nails and what messed up, as I’m talking to her she start getting rude saying “she didn’t do my nails” then she proceeded to call her boss and ask and the boss was really rude when talking to her on the phone, she said they can’t fix my nails unless I take them off I told her I didn’t want that I just wanted my gem glued back on. As Im still talking to the boss the lady in the First chair starts buffing my nails and messed it up and her boss told her not to fix my nail, my whole family is familiar with them and the boss made a comment saying” she was going to tell my family on me” I told her I’m grown why are you trying to tell on me. The boss said that I haven’t got my nails done by them since 2 years which is wrong I went to them to get my nails done in December and two days ago I got my eyebrows and toes done and when she buffed my nail she took some of my paint off and I asked her before I leave could she fix it she told me no then I started arguing with her because she messed my nail up and didn’t want to fix it . She proceeded to yell across the room to another client telling her to call the police. This is really bad customer service. They were really rude

I absolutely love Miss B. She been taking care of me, my daughter and my mother in law for years now. She been painting my daughter nails since she was 3 years old. My daughter turned 12 years old. And my mother in law took her and her friends to get Mani and Pedi. She took good care of us as always.

I will NOT recommend ANYONE they don't offer any type of respectful customer service the pedicure I recieved was all white how hard is that???? they don't even scrub your feet properly or sanatize my manicure I asked for all white they did a more Jude white an only 2 coats this was very very inconvient being that I also took my disabled sister who had a bad leg with screws an metal in her leg they would NOT help her to get comfortable and kept acting as if they didn't understand what she was telling them about her pain an to stop bending an stretching her leg the owner was very rude I did my nails on 08/30 and my manicure an predicate look like they have been on me a whole month peeling an etc not to exclude the WRONG colors of white that were supposed to match. NEVER AGAIN they give there regulars more of a special treatment of you ask me

I am from Houston Texas and have been traveling to Austin for work related stuff. I have been in Austin for about a week now and I really needed my nails done. I was skeptical about trying this new place but I was not disappointed. It did take about 20 minutes to be seen, but the wait was very worth it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Austin area. Great job ladies!!
