I compare walking into the Pflugerville location of Citizens Bank to the old show Cheers. Everyone knows you. Everyone greets you by name. Carol and I are old friends chatting when I pull through the drive-through. Jonathan, the bank president, comes out to joke with me when I go inside. Lisa and Susan are always ready to take my numerous calls with all my questions. I can honestly say you are never just a number at this bank. You are really family

Citizens National Bank is a great place to have your accounts. Friendly,knowledgeable people are a pleasure to work with. My usual person there is Carol. Nice Smile always ready to help as are all others. Great Employees.

I placed an order 13 days ago for items in stock. The order hadnāt shipped for 7 days (I see from other reviews that I am not the only person this has happened to this month.) so I called in. The representative tried to tell me that it had something to do with a glitch in their system that caused the order not to process because (they claimed) they charged me one penny less than they should have. I explained that in my confirmation email, they show the total of the order and that is what was charged to my card so that explanation doesnāt fly. I asked for a supervisor (what they call a Team Lead) because the representative was going to make me wait another 7 to 10 days to ship out the order that Iād already waited a week to ship. I got transferred a team lead who I had to convince to expedite the order due to their error, as it is a gift and I need it by a certain date. (typically, companies will offer to do this when it is there air but I actually had to bring it up and convince the person to do it which was disappointing.) Unfortunately, the calendar arrived with one side completely bent because it is an extra wide calendar that the shipping dept. shoved into too small of a cardboard envelope. (They used the size they use for their normal size calendars.) So I had to call back AGAIN, wait on hold, get a representative and then asked to be transferred to another team lead. The girl was very sweet and accommodating (which I very much appreciated after all of the hassle) and said theyād ship me out a replacement one. She deserves 5 stars but Iām rating the company. I asked her if they could ship it in a more protective manner (they have boxes) since the particular calendar does not come shrink-wrapped. The rep said she could request it but she canāt control what the shipping department does. I donāt have much hope that the new one will arrive in better condition if itās shipped in the same envelope. Itās illogical to me that they would place a calendar that comes without protective shrink wrap, in packaging that is too small. I mean, really? If the replacement comes in better shape, I will update this review.

If you want a bank that's going to abruptly close your accounts with no reason then bank with them to be treated poorly. Keep your bigger banks! The manager at this location is completely incompetent.

We used to bank with a big national bank and we got tired of getting treated like ājust another person⦠a number⦠a person for them to take advantage of.ā After reading about big bank bad behavior over and over in the news, we knew it was time for a change even though we know transferring to a new bank is a bit of a hassle. We had all our autopays set up and were not looking forward to the tedious task of changing everything over. Let me tell you, that small period of headache was worth every second now that we are treated like real CLIENTS at Citizens Bank. They call to check on us periodically & if we accidentally overdraft they call first to see if we meant to do it and give us an opportunity to fix the issue rather than just slapping us with a fine. These guys are a good ol fashion community bank where the tellers want to know about you, your family, etc. We actually formed relationships with the Citizens employees and look forward to our interactions with them. When we have a specific need like raising a deposit limit or inquiring about specific needs related to their online app, our personal bank representative, Jonathan, is quick to reply and solve our problems. They donāt treat you like a big bank wouldā they are nimble on their feet so can make experiences personal and they can make adjustments to your account to ensure your specific banking needs are met. We appreciate the way this bank makes us feel like royalty though we are just average joes.

I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan, and Citizenās National Bank, and how theyāve treated our Church. Jonathan is attentive to our needs, quick to respond to our requests, a real problem solver, and he has helped us complete several projects. I highly recommend Citizenās National Bank, and their expert leadership team.
