Damien with Caliber was great! Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way but he was also was able to get the insurance to cover additional damages not quoted. The employees were all friendly and professional. My vehicle was returned to be cleaner than how I dropped it off.

Super happy with the work and hospitality we were given from start to finish! I was originally recommended this Caliber Collision by a girlfriend of mine and super happy I did. Jacob, was honest and made me feel super comfortable with moving forward with this location specifically. Blake and Julio were the technicians and did a great job! They also stayed super communicative throughout the process giving us updates. Not only was our car back to being as good as new, added bonus because we received our car back a week earlier than expected which was a huge relief since we’re a one car household. I will definitely recommend you to my friends moving forward!

Great shop, great customer service.Great job fixing our truck. There are a number of caliber collision locations closer to us.But we always choose the South.Amarillo caution if we need a repair because they've always been top notch in service and the job they do.

Nate at Caliber Collision was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop the entire time. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything.
The repairs came out perfect, the turnaround time was faster than we expected, and the attention to detail was spot on. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and Nate really went above and beyond. If you need work done, ask for Nate- you’ll be in great hands!

I'd like to thank the team and recognize my service advisor, Jacob Garcia, and vehicle repairman, Julio for their outstanding service during my recent car repair. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle the time I picked it up, Jacob demonstrated professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for the customer. He clearly explained the repair process, set clear expectations, and answered all my questions with patience. I truly appreciate the timely updates regarding the progress and any changes in the repair timeline. The repairs were completed before the scheduled time, and the quality of the work done by Julio met my expectations. Excellent customer service! Alvaro at Caliber on So. Lamar assessed my side-swiped Toyota Rav4 and determined there wasn't any significant damage. He popped the loose panels back on, buffed one of the scratches out, and it was nearly as good as new. He did it on the spot at no charge! He also advised that if I wanted to get the panels replaced with new ones I'd spend the least money by buying them directly from the dealer and dropping by Caliber where they'd pop them on for free. This is an excellent group of professionals who care about their customers.

Recently had my car repaired here and had an amazing experience! Nate R explained my quote, the process and parts that would be needed, and the repair time. He kept me updated and answered every question I had! Overall I was impressed with the work done and the staff. Thank yall!

Were nice and on time but did a rushed job on my repair.
Your car will never be the same after they fix it.
They replaced it with a different bumper, different side lights and didn’t even fix the bumper clips so it’s still sagging. Have receipts and pics.
Also overcharged my insurance for services that were not performed.

Jacob at Caliber Collision on South Lamar was great! He worked with me to fix my BMW and got me back on the road just when I needed it. He has great communication throughout and really cared about how it looked. He worked easily with my insurance and made the entire process a breeze. Thanks Jacob!
