I had an excellent experience with LANDON! He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He explained everything clearly, gave honest recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. The work was done VERY quickly which was a nice surprise. It’s rare to find someone trustworthy and knowledgeable in the auto repair world. I’ll definitely be coming back to LANDON for all my future maintenance needs!

Initially, I took my car because of a collision. The employees gave my car back with paint stained and some broken pieces. Nonetheless, they were friendly and responsive to feedback. They gave us a rental and fixed the car without cost (guarantee) for a year. Thus, I feel there service is a 5 stars, we all have bad days where things don't go as well. It is how they approached it and helped me get my car as I wanted it. I think it is mostly because of the insurance not wanting to pay for the proper parts and rushing them to give me my car in less than the necessary weeks.

I received progress updates on each day when my vehicle was at Caliber Collision. The employees who work there are friendly and helpful, especially Brandon. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday and picked it up on Friday, all finished as promised!

On May 7, 2025 I took my white Kia Soul to the Caliber Collision on Menchaca to have several areas of paint damage fixed. Edward came out to evaluate the problem, took one look, and said let me see if I can do a quick fix. He got some polishing compound and a battery powered polisher and in a few minutes restored the paint to a beautiful finish. It is a great company and employee that helps you out and saves you the cost of a repair. Thank you Edward.

I’m extremely satisfied with their service. My car was ready a week early and looks brand new. Landon was so great. He went above and beyond to make my car look really nice. They cleaned the interior and the exterior. They also buffed out some unrelated scratches. Thank you caliber collision!
