I don’t typically leave reviews, but a review helped me make my decision in taking my car to Caliber instead of two other shops, so here I am, lol. On a serious note, I highly recommend. The staff is great, my quoted time of repair was very accurate, they treat you with consideration & are very communicative. If you have an accident & are dealing with insurance this is where you want to take your vehicle & spend your money, period.

Took my car to them (after closing) for a door handle issue on my BMW. I assumed they would be much cheaper than taking to BMW for an issue that seemed like a simple mechanical issue rather than a complex issue.
They were very helpful with helping me game plan the issue and save as much of my money as possible while trying to troubleshoot the issue. They seem to be very honest and willing to do good business.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Caliber Collision on North Lamar by my insurance company. The staff here is excellent!
I worked with Datron and he was very professional and thorough when going through the inspection process. He was up front about the steps for repair and what would be included in the estimate for my insurance coverage. The work was completed in one week, a few days before the estimated timeline. I highly recommend the business/location! I hope I don't need work done again soon but if I do I will be using this shop.

After an accident, we were referred to caliber collision from our insurance company, farmers. While nobody wants to deal with a car accident, caliber collision made the process as painless as possible. I was plesantly surprised with each step of the process. The front desk lady (Haley) was phenomenal. She knew what she was talking about, was professional, kind, welcoming! The woman that helped us with our car was great as well! She was professional, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, and was charming. My ride to and from the car rental spot was early both ways! Would reccommend!

I walked in and was greeted by Haileigh, the customer service representative. Haileigh was welcoming and immediately took care of my situation and called Sandra, the service advisor, and she greeted me also, with a smile and took my car for hail damage repair. Haileigh contacted Enterprise to pick me up. Thank you for your positive attitude and professionalism.

Sandra was great throughout the process. No one wants to be in the situation where their vehicle is damaged but she was very responsive and communicated throughout. A recommendation I have for the shop is to offer payment plans on deductibles like I have seen other repair shops do.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I got into a car accident a couple weeks ago and had to find a body shop that would be able to fix my car because I wasn't able to get a rental until my car was in the shop. The body shop I called before, the receptionist was rude and not at all being helpful.
BUT THEN I called this caliber collision and spoke to Haileigh ( who was so sweet and is ABSOLUTLEY amazing ) and she was extremely helpful and set me up with an appointment right away to bring in my car and get it looked at by sandra. Sandra was absolutely amazing and so reassuring, coming from an anxious person, she was quick to run me through the steps and what options I had regarding my car repairs. From crying tears of joy that my car wasn't considered totaled and Sandra and her team repairing it in a timely manner and being able to pick up my car definitely looking 10x better then when I left it. Sandra is an absolute god send that truly enjoys her work and will not bullshit you for anything.
I am eternally grateful for the hard work they do and continue to do and will continuously recommend this place to anyone that needs to get their car fixed.

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision! Kaitlyn was attentive, thoughtful, and quick throughout the whole process. She kept me updated and made everything stress-free. They finished the repairs much faster than I expected—and even washed the car before returning it! Highly recommend.
