I had my vehicle serviced here back in February, and this is by far one of the best Caliber Collision centers I’ve ever been to. Daetron was absolutely fantastic—he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle looked brand new. He kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew the status of the repairs. I recently had my daughter's car repaired at Caliper Collision after an accident, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and delivered outstanding results.
Anthony Diaz was particularly exceptional to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, kept me updated throughout the work, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. His attention to detail and genuine care for getting the job done right really stood out.
The quality of the collision repair work exceeded my expectations. My car looks like the accident never happened – the paint match is perfect, and all the bodywork is seamless. The team clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship.

My experience with Caliber Collision at Kramer was amazing from start to finish. At intake, the GM, Kevin, walked the car with me, marking all areas of damage with a dry erase marker. He listened to my concerns and assured me that my vehicle would be thoroughly repaired. The rental car at Enterprise was also a seamless experience. From there, Anthony called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. I never had to deal with my insurance, which was Allstate. I just picked up my car and it looks brand new! I’m so pleased with my experience and will be sure to refer everyone I know here. Thank you Caliber Collision Kramer!
