I have used caliber collision since 2007 and always maze when I Receive my vehicle. They always go over and beyond, the customer service is always amazing, I’ve always received my vehicle before the return date and my vehicle always seems brand new off a lot.

Not an indication on management or assessors, however left my car here for an insurance in-network estimate. They were helpful and informative along the whole way. Pick up my car to discover my Scosche Bluetooth FM (40$) transmitter was removed from the car, likely by a tech or someone along the way.
Don’t leave anything remotely valuable in your vehicle for this location, some sad klepto will steal it. Do better, run a tighter ship.

I want to give a shoutout to Jackie! She went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed- it might’ve taken some time but she was very communicative. A no update- update goes a long way (saying there’s no updates but they haven’t forgotten about me). Thanks Jackie for exceeding expectations and showing amazing customer service!

We took my our daughters vehicle to get repaired, and was there for close to a month waiting on parts. We had a rental that was afforded to us by our insurance so it was just a bit inconvenient, but we managed. What upset us was that things were STOLEN from my daughters vehicle such as a $300 dollar James Avery Hammered White Saphire Ring, which was her graduation ring, along with a Gold Bracelet with the virgin Mary which was gifted to her by her grandmother. Other things that were missing were a Fidget Unicorn Toy, Wallet, and container with coins. We received pictures from Sandra Ross, our service advisor that confirmed that these things were still in the vehicle when dropped off, and now missing. Since March 7th, we have been in touch, and have been told they would resolve this, and have yet to hear back about resolution and we are now on May 2nd. Horrible communication and no follow through of things that were STOLEN from my daughter.

A few days ago I ran over a pothole moving over for an ambulance. Fearing I screwed up my frontend of my car with all the knocking as I'm driving decided pay a visit to caliper collision. During the lunch hour wasn't expected to be seen till 1 an associate took a look and realized clips popped off and could be easily replaced. Another associate stepped in fasten the clips and had me on my way! 15 minutes is all it took! Thanks caliper collision family you did great! 👍🏾🫰🏾❤️

A heartfelt thanks to all - from Sandra Jones — to all the people behind the scenes who did that exemplary and very detailed work! Picked up my car and not only did it look perfect on the outside but the inside looked like it had been professional detailed!!!! It was spectacular!!!

Thanks Sandra and the team at caliber for yet another amazing repair. You all did a fantastic job repairing the hail on my car after the big hail storm last year and now you did a great restore on my old Prius.
You said it could take a few weeks and it was done in a matter of days looking amazing. You didn't exceed budget and were in communication every step of the way, which was much appreciated.
Cannot recommend Sandra enough, a straight shooter who will take care of you from beginning to end.
