I had given this body shop a five star review when I picked up my vehicle. It was completed two weeks early. Everyone at the office was very polite. They were great at communicating the status of my vehicle. After taking my car home, I noticed that a sensor kept going off saying I was about to hit something. I brought my car back within a week. They said they needed to check with my insurance before repairing. I never got a call back. I came back a month later. Whoever was in charge of my account was out of town, but a gentleman drove my car around the property to prove that there was a problem. He told me he would tell the gentleman in charge of my car when he got back in town. I never got a call back. I went back in May, the original man told me he was going to speak with my insurance company and give me a call. I just left there for a fourth time without my car being fixed. One of the gentleman said, he called me and left me a message, I never received a message. He basically said that if they can’t prove it’s from the accident, I’m gonna have to pay out-of-pocket. The car was new, I bought it from the dealer maybe 10 days prior to being rear ended. He told me I would have to drive four hours to the dealer to have them look at it. I know it’s from the accident. The car never once had the sensor go off when I wasn’t close to something. Ever since the accident, it goes off constantly while I’m in the car. It’s now been five months. I’ve taken my vehicle to the shop four times. One gentleman in there acted like it was no big deal—they were gonna get it fixed and they would call me when there was somebody at the shop that could look at it. It’s very frustrating to have a problem like this going on for five months. It’s also very frustrating to be told you might have to pay for it. I let the shop know less than a week after picking up my vehicle that something was wrong. It’s just a sensor. It seems like a very tiny issue. Really hoping that they actually contact me back this time, and fifth time will be the charm to get my vehicle fixed.

10/10 would recommend!! Craig was amazing and great to work with. They did a fabulous job with my car. It’s like brand new! I was out for vacation when my car finished and Craig was so kind to let me pick it up at a later time. I appreciate the flexibility and A+ communication throughout the whole process!! I’d give a 6/5 stars if I could!

Over the years I’ve had need of their service several times. They have not only done a great job each time but gone over what one would expect. If you need this type work I would highly recommend this group of dedicated workers. They are true craftsmen. Easy to work with and stand behind their work. Good job guys

Quality paint work and repair of multiple scratches and several deep gouges in metallic paint with clear coat on my Genesis G80 Sport.
Good communication throughout. The repair took a bit longer than I expected, but they delivered as promised, and when they said it would be done, and they kept me up to date with calls and text messages. Pro work--good as new.
[This review, for work done in 2021 somehow ended up on the Richland Hills location near FW apparently. Never been there. This is for the McNeil Rd location in Austin]

I would absolutely recommend Caliber.
Ken kept in touch throughout the entire repair, notifying me of any changes to the plan, delays, progression, and a very accurate estimated time to pickup. They technicians did an amazing job, even going as far as pointing out separate paint damage to my hood and pointed out my possibility for warranty work through the manufacturer, something I would’ve missed otherwise. To top it all off, they finished ahead of schedule.
The crew there did an amazing job, and I will recommend them every chance I get.

Great service! Craig was wonderful and provided quick communication to keep me updated about my car and any concerns I had.
A car part was on national backorder, and he also helped me find solutions to expedite the process -- I ended up getting my car back a month earlier than the expected order delivery date.

Poor service and customer treatment on the phone and in-person, rude receptionist lady, the closest appointment is only in 10 days. When I asked can you please take a quick 5-min look on the car, its right here, they just refused and said i have to come at my appmt day. I know that even minor collision I had would cost at least $3000 to fix. No way you will get any business from me now or in the future. I already notified State Farm as well, you clearly shouldn't be in their list

Amazing automotive and customer service. As a woman it can be uncomfortable getting any work done on my car, but this place was above and beyond. Professional, friendly and my car looks like new again. Would highly recommend them!
