AAA certified means I didn’t need to shop around. We just got the estimate and went with it. (Dented rear bumper)
Erica and James at the front end helped us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in.
Service manager. Michael carefully explained the issues, that we may have damage underneath the dented bumper.
Final results are outstanding!
Michael even added clearcoat to the top window bars.
Lexi looks great!
Prices are typical for the industry
The main thing is customer service and customer care which cannot be beat.
We will be back, hopefully not too soon, for our next bumper dent.

I love Caliber Collision. They truly know how to make people at ease. There was a lengthy battle between the other vehicles insurance company; but Caliber remained professional and took care of me. Brandon Goodman is the best Service Advisor I've ever dealt with. God forbid I have another accident, but if I do. I'm going to Caliber and requesting my man Brandon!!

Caliber Collision at N HWY 620 just south of Lakeline Mall did a great job with my car. Love their app and texts that keep you constantly updated on the work. Brandon and the team there were super to work with. Great customer service too at the front desk. This is the same experience I had a couple years ago with the Lakeway location too. Caliber Collision has top notch service across the board.

I’ve had to have cars repaired at least 4 times from accident over the last 15 years. (Austin traffic is awful.) Caliber has always gone above and beyond to fix my cars. Other body shops I’ve used have been terrible.
