MISLEADING!!!! This place comes up when you search google for golf stores near me. And the actual result for this particular place says “in store shopping “ which is FALSE. It’s only a warehouse and not open to the public. So why call this place “interactive “ when it’s clearly NOT!?!?

Excellent customer service and very responsive. I have been very pleased with clubs purchased. They are very conservative on ratings. Clubs are usually in much better shape than you would expect for pre-owned. Very pleased.

Bought virtually every single golf club in my bag, and my bag from Callaway Pre-Owned. Basically all new. Great place and trusted. Have a question for the staff? They're always knowledgeable and informative. Always able to get the product in a few days from Texas to Michigan. 5 stars!

Careful what you buy! Purchased a pre-owner GBB Epic Driver in 2019, didn't use it much until recently. After 20 rounds, the club hits like it's broken. Thunk, no more ting. I suspect there is a life expectancy with the carbon fiber and what ever other materials they use. If you buy one with lots of use, you may not get much out of it. Called to complain and given the complete run around. I asked if the materials break down? They have no idea. I was told they would give me a discount on another pre-owner. What a deal. A manger called me back, said to send the club back to him and he will replace it with one just like it. Said he had my email address to send return instructions, but he never emailed any return info! Figures. Was an huge Callaway fan, never again.

Callaway Golf is a brilliant company however I recommend you stay away from Callaway golf preowned. It is one of the most poorly run and unorganized companies I have ever experienced. I purchased 3 clubs that arrived in extremely poor condition so I returned them. 3 weeks later I have received a refund for one and not the other 2. I have called over 10 times and been on hold for over 40mins at a time with no response. Have sent multiple emails with no response. When you select the option for sales there is always someone available to talk but as soon as you mention a return you get disconnected or transferred to a line that does not get picked up. Even worse the last time I called 4/5/21 I was cut off by an extremely rude representative. Will be contacting my Bank to get the charges reversed. Seems like a ridiculous hassle to have to go through with a company as well known as Callaway. ... Read More

All three sets of clubs I own are of the Callaway brand including my bags. I trust Callaway more than any other brand. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. I do wish however that Callaway let us local folks go and pickup our orders instead of paying $9.99 for shipping for something that has to go 15 miles in-town.

Very frustrated with Delivery of my order. I did not receive item, and it was shipped back to them. I had to research that UPS shipped item back to them. They never notified me, even though I had set up a tracking inquiry whit them(all they stated was that they were investigating it), the service rep wasn't the most helpful either, stating that it takes 7-10 business days to respond to me, I do not know why they guarantee a delivery date when they cannot deliver on time! The service rep said that when items are returned it sits on pallets and they will scan it in with in 7 days. Wow!!! I have ordered several items in the past, probably will not anymore. The biggest thing that is upsetting is that I had to do all the work to investigate and resolve the problem!

If you send something back, they take 17 business days to issue a refund from the date they receive the return, that relates to a month in real time. This is in my opinion extremely dishonest. I read that Callaway stock wasn't doing well, and I guess this sort of this is emblematic of it. When customer service goes out the window you know that the company is a POS.
