Price is good initially - however I've been double charged and over charged fairly frequently. They are a convenient moving and storage company - however I advise you lock your card after giving it to them. Additionally, you have no access to your own stuff until it's delivered - and if you do want to pick it up yourself you will still be charged a delivery fee (odd right?). Loved the convenience - hate that i'm still being charged randomly for it. They're currently going out of business and closing stores in Austin/Arizona - was unsure why until I put the above together. TLDR book them, pay them once, then block them

Amazing experience!! We stored our items for little over 18months and they did a great job of returning everything in its original state. No damages to the furniture or boxes. The guys who came to drop off and pickup were extremely professional and quick. Overall a positive experience. Would definitely recommend this hassle free storage company!!

Andre and Robert were great! Quick and efficient and on time! They handled my belongings with care and ease. They were also very professional. Callbox storage was great to work with and I’d recommend it to anyone in need of storage care! Ask for these guys for the best service!

I called this company multiple times months before my move date. They were disorganized and wouldn’t commit to my scheduled move over Labor Day weekend. While I know Labor Day is a busy time, I would have expected a higher level of professionalism with all the positive reviews. They said they would follow up and I never heard back.

The movers were very professional and the cost of storage for office items were right on point. Cost was very competitive. As far as response there was a one day delay, but of course it is summertime with many individuals moving or coming in to the city. Callbox was very apologetic and made for the delay.

Amazing business and exactly what I needed as I was looking for a storage facility that could receive items. We were between homes and needed a place that could take in boxes that I had shipped prior to move to our new home. Very convenient and extremely flexible.

Just a horrible experience! Movers purposely moved slow, made a complaint and nothing happened to make them go faster saying they can't connect to the internet. Movers blames customer service for bad quotes and said this happens all the time in Austin area but other cuties function better. Horrible experience

The concept is great and the movers themselves were awesome, but I feel like it was a bait and switch. When I called in to get a quote, they gave the lowest possible. It took about 30 minutes. It seemed like it was the agent's first day. She kept putting me on hold each step of the way.I told them that I had about 3-4 furniture type items and about 25 boxes. I was not at the location anymore, but I did not have a bed, sofa, washer, dryer, dinette set, the obvious. It was a divorce, so unpredicable. Turns out my ex gave me more than anticipated, including the sofa. So it's understandable that my lot grew from 5x5 to 10x15. Well naturally, there was this 3 month comittment.Within the first week, I requested a good amount of my stuff, resulting in a storage size drop to 5 x 10. I had a few more delivery's, hoping to use less storage and my next few invoices indicated I was in a 5 x 10 for a "new" monthly rate of $106. Now, after paying $1096 so far, they want $547 to bring me the rest of my stuff. I have 47 items left, the largest item being my night stand.My belongings were originally picked up on February 19, 2022 and today is 4/3/22 and I can't get my stuff until I fork over $547. How is this customer centric?

These guys stored several items for about 6 months and basically every furniture piece showed up damaged despite my thorough packing job. I thought it seems like a good deal but I was overcharged several times and my couch and mirror basically ruined. It's pretty upsetting. The delivery guys were very nice and Ronnie the manager that I worked with was very nice, but I would not recommend. Niceness does not make up for ruined furniture.

We put our household furniture in CallBox in March and had it delivered in August most of the 240 items arrived okay. A few didn't and we decided not to say anything. A couple weeks later as we were organizing our possessions. We noticed one of our large lithograph was missing and the lithograph was recorded by CallBox but not on the delivery ticket.We called spoke with agents, emailed numerous times. We were told many times a agent would research the missing lithograph. No call back, no responding email or letter.If you are storing valuable things we recommend you take it with you or find a more reliable organization.
