Camp bow wow always treats our dog so well! I love being able to watch their webcams and my dog always looks so happy playing with them. They provide cute little report cards too. So happy to board with them

Had a less than favorable experience due to our own dog but they handled it pretty well. I wish they had contacted me earlier about the ongoing problems but they didn’t do bad.

My dog loves Camp Bow Wow north Austin. He loves playing with all the other small dogs. He always comes home happy and tuckered out.

My dog loves this place! They have a calendar with monthly activities. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Love the cameras so I can watch my dog having fun. Our dog has stayed for day care and boarding. Wish they were open on Sundays for day care! We only have positive comments and experiences. Highly recommend.

Camp Bow Wow is my number one choice for dog care! The front staff (especially Melissa!) is kind, informative, and always makes me feel comfortable dropping my pup off. It can always be hard trusting others with our fur babies but I can tell how they interact with the dogs and that my dog is safe! The cameras are just that extra bonus. They have recently started a calendar of events which I feel like keeps the dogs engaged after being there for a day or two. The instragram posts always puts a smile on my face when I start missing my pup too!

Great first stay for my Leia! It's really nice to have the live cameras so you can see what they are doing all day. They have those pill treats to help give your pup medication for no extra charge so that's another great perk. It was $55 a day which I think was decent. There are cheaper ones for sure but I'm fine paying extra for the great camping experience!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years for boarding and I have never had a issue with any part of the experience. The staff here truly care about your animal and always know who my dog is when I go and drop her off.Even no longer living in North Austin I am still happy to make the trip from the 78704 area to bring up to Camp Bow Wow Austin.

Staff has been great with my dog as well as myself. I've had my dog Luke going here for day care as well as boarding for several years now. They treat him very well here. He's always so excited when we pull up in the parking lot and loves to gives staff their morning kisses!

I love that they seem to really care about the dog's well-being. They listened to all of my concerns about my fur baby's anxiety issues and grief that we are currently dealing with, and they assured me that they would take things at his pace to make sure he did ok getting adjusted to the other dogs. They seemed to really want to help him and were so kind and accepting of him. I especially love being able to log in to watch him on camera, it really puts me at ease, being able to check on him.

The entire experience was extremely disheartening and contradictory to what is advertised online. From the moment I brought my dog in the room smells strongly of urine. In the lobby, not even in the kennel area. On top of that I give the associate at the desk my dogs vaccination records and after taking pictures of the essentially says, ok have a great day see you later and expects me to hand my dog over no questions asked. Nothing even REMOTELY like what is in the video online! No explanation of the facility, no overview of the process. I was told in an email that I would be there for 45min to watch my dog on a screen and observe how he did with other dogs. Instead I'm told no I can't see in the back where they are taking my beloved companion and they'll call with any concerns. The only saving grace for your ABYSMAL introduction was me asking a few other people who brought in their dogs, what they think. All said they had the same experience, different than the email or video, but ultimately decided they would try it and they liked it alright. So I reluctantly decided it would be ok and gave my dog over. Now you might think that if customer service was a priority and your customers are giving you an extremely important piece of their loves, you might call them and proactively reach out a few hours in to give an update. Nope that's apparently not in the routine. I watched my pup play on the cameras, when I could see him because the angles are horrible and took a little solace in that I could see him not freaking out. The end of my day came and I picked him up, the staff member at the desk this time gave me a rundown of his day, briefly, and that was it. I cannot fathom how 4.8 stars is the rating of this daycare factory. I will absolutely NEVER bring my pup there again and I will actively discouraged my friends, family, and coworkers from using this facility. They have a LOT of work to do and it starts with maybe showing a little interest in how their business is actually run vs. the extremely misleading process they advertise.

Camp Bow Wow has been a wonderful place to board our dogs. The customer service is always so friendly and kind. Thank you for being a great place to board!

They seem like a really great place, and the boarding options are great too from my research. But my dog was unfortunately rejected for boarding due to his age (maybe because he has more health issues at his age?) A bit of ageism- who knew that would exist with animals too. But it's the usual old man health issues so figured he would still be fine here. I'd still reach out to inquire but just thought you should know if you have a senior dog that needs to be boarded/or possibly for day care options.

I have left my puppies at this daycare on several occasions for several days. I like that I can see what they are doing through the cameras on the Camp Bow Wow website. I can leave their food, they walk them and they are safe. Once I picked them up they smelled a lot like pee, like they peed on the blanket I left them. but that has been the only unpleasant incident. I continue to use your services.

Camp Bow Wow is seriously the BEST! We’ve used them for both daycare & boarding, love that you can watch your fur baby on the cameras and they really do love on your dogs. Before we found Camp Bow Wow, we had tried boarding at other places in Austin, and you could tell my dog didn’t want to go. But now, she LOVES going to Camp Bow Wow and runs right in, so excited! They also do fun events like holiday pictures & valentine exchanges. They have been so accommodating and we feel good knowing our dog is in great hands. As long as we are in Austin, Lola is a frequent camper at Camp Bow Wow. 11/10!
